yes, it is a lovly movie. great stuff. I love the music from the movie mostly

Saw it back when it was in theatres. Was quite the amazing story, probably the best realistic fairy tale I've seen ever. Glad the acting and plot was great, unlike the same old stories over and over that are out there.

I love Tim Burton and this movie, he's a genius. I just finished watching it, and I have to say I really love Carl the giant

which character did Jessica Lange play?

She was the mom in the movie, It really was a great show.

It is a very good film.. OTOMH it got 8/10 on Acting, Screenplay, Editing and Direction... (I review films)

I thought it was done very well.

This was a very pleasant movie. The cinematography was excellent, as expected from a true Burton film. I thought that the chemistry between the actors was wonderful. Danny Elfman did a great job on the score, as he always does in Burton flicks. I bought the Soundtrack, and it's lovely.

I saw a commercial for Big Fish, and in the background, the song I've Seen All Good People (by Yes, my favorite band) was playing. The soundtrack doesn't have that song but it's got some songs by the Allman Brothers and other bands like that. I haven't seen the movie - does it have I've Seen All Good People in it?

I thought it was a tier 2 movie. Better than the vast majority of stuff that Hollywood pumps out these days, but leaving a lot to be desired and thus not a classic.

But I did find it quite enjoyable (at least the first time around).
