Do you eat chili? I do. If you do, what do you put in it? I put in red beans, meat, tomatoes, tomato sauce, onions, and after it is cooked I put fritos corn chips in just before I eat it (as it is being served). I ate chili for supper and now my cat will not sleep on my bed. :D

Ground meat, chunky meet, beer, beans, coffee, coco powder, beef broth, spices and salt. Basically the only thing I don't put in it is chili :p (well just a spoonful of cayenne pepper)

And it goes with anything. Especially over baked pototoes with sour cream and melted cheese.

My dad used to make chili for the family when his friends came over... I don't know the ingredients, but he made a mild one (for mom and I) and a crazy hot one for his friends. He never told us which one was which, so I ALWAYS ended up screaming and running into the kitchen.
COOKING TIP- Chili over scrambled eggs makes a great breakfast... as long as it's not my dad's hot stuff ;)

Not usually because often it has meat in it. My mom makes a really good chili with the Morning Star farm or Boca Burger meatless crumbles. I think she just uses several types of beans and their juices, stewed tomatoes, the "meat" and different types of spices. It yummy though.

You're making me hungry.

I just throw things in that I have at that moment, but always ground beef, kidney beans, lots of tabasco, salt and pepper, tomato puree, tomatoes, lots of garlic, spices (cloves, cinnamon, coriander, cumin), sometimes chopped chilies, chopped bell peppers, cayenne, etc. etc. etc. Even black olives last time.
