I'm guessing the particular one I'm referring to wouldn't be availible in Malaysia even if you were inclined to get a copy.

I actually think Grace Park is the best looking woman on the show and Lucy Lawless does look good blonde.

In other news, Notes On A Scandal is an excellent film and Judi Dench should win the Best Actress Oscar for her performance.

There's always the Internet for moments of weakness. I agree, Lucy Lawless was pretty good on the show, too bad they boxed her. Hopefully with one less Cylon chick model running around, the poor guys will get something more to do. Come to think of it, aren't the Cylons taking feminism a bit overboard? All the good guys are completely biological; the last time I saw any Cylon guy doing anything funky was that bit with Doral tormenting Starbuck. Oh, and the atheist Cylon. That was pretty funny; I wonder how an atheist human and an atheist toaster would hit it off.

Yep, BSG. Grace Park is Number Eight aka Sharon (in her many incarnations). Well, if you only get episode 4 tomorrow, at least you don't have to suffer the over-a-month wait with the rest of us who kept up to date.

Yeah, that actress is part of the BSG cast. But it took me a couple episodes to figure that out, she looks surprisingly different with blonde hair.

Shern, I can't help but wonder if the feminist aspect of any Sci-Fi series has to do with the likely nerd factor of the writing/production staff and their fervent desires to at least create on film the strong/intelligent/tough, yet totally hot and would be in to them if they met IRL fantasies some of them might have.

And the only connection I have with my toaster is my spewing obscentities when it burns my bagels. Admittedly I spew obsenities at my cat when she poops outside the litter box, but at least she has a reason for doing so, my bread products burning is no one's fault but my own... {insert hanged head emotie here} and thus my anger.

Very unlikely. What I remember best from around when I left was constant squabbling over each and every little thing a mod did. For 200 pages or so. While I applaud that it's allowed, and wouldn't appreciate the place if there's been an increase in censorship, it was rather boring after awhile. Plus a bunch of weird stuff seems to have happened.

i've tried watching bsg. and i'm pretty much killing any chance you all will want to be pals, but i've yet to get into it. it could be that i haven't watched it from the beginning or with much consistency so it would be a random episode here or there.
