Eragon

I'm still on the fence about this movie. I halfway want to see it b/c i like fantasy and halfway don't b/c I'm afraid it won't have as much value for an adult as it would with a teenager.

The movie sucked as a "based on a book" movie. Standalone, it was good, but not great.

I enjoyed this movie. I don't care what anyone says. I liked it

I haven't read the book, so I have nothing to compare it to, but it was good, almost like a more action-adventure oriented version of Lord of The Rings.

I guess it was ok but I wanted more than I got for the ticket

would anyone pay $5.50 to see it again ? or if you hadn't seen it but knew that it would be like what it was, would you go see it ?
I was invited to go see it friday with some friends who REALLY want to see it. I've seen the trailers and they look pretty spectacular (however the storyline isn't clearly explained so I dont really know...looks basically like a generic 'good vs evil' story).

ok in reply to myself, if I'da known it was gonna be like that I wouldnt have paid the 5.50 to see it in the theater. I didnt really like it as a movie...the book was alot better *sigh*
basically IMO the book + the trailers were all the really worthwhile eragon content lol.

It was an incredible movie, 'cause they crammed a really fat book into a two hour movie. 'Twas awesome....

I saw this movie and I can say that it was great. Eragon is so cute I thought the dragon will die on the last part. I wonder if they will have a second part?
