I am doing this one http://shoalcreek.org/resources/Bible.cfm
I started today.
here is an explanation that I found with it on another message board:
The link I provided covers the OT once in a year and the NT twice.

It's not in bibliographic order, i.e. cover-to-cover, though you do read the whole Bible. I'd encourage any and everyone to take a few minutes and look at it. The NT starts with Luke, then Acts. So you get a good historical overview of the NT. Then you bounce back-and-forth between the gospels and epistles.

The OT is chronological in order more-or-less. So you read straight from Genesis until Samuel and then it gets interesting. If a portion of Samuel or Kings has the same story in Chronicles, you read both the same day. If a prophet shows up on the scene, you stop reading the historical portion and read the prophet. So now you're reading the prophet with a historical context. So for example, Solomon wrote Proverbs, Ecclesiastes, and Song of Songs. After you read the account of Solomon in 1 Kings 1-11, you read his three books. Psalms are scattered throughout the year so you don't just read Psalm after Psalm after Psalm. Often, if there is an even tied to a Psalm, you read it the same day of the event. Examples would be Psalms 51 & 32 after David's sin in 2 Samuel 11. Job is the one book that's definitely not in chronological order, but since Job doesn't tie-in so much with happenings in other books, it doesn't matter so much that it isn't in order.

Thanks for the link, its Interesting how many different ways the bible is sectioned into segments for the one year plans.

Welcome aboard paul.

Father, I ask that all who come here and those who choose to partake will feel your blessings pouring out on there lives, May your word be more than just some markings on a page, But indwell deep within us Lord, let your word feed our hunger and quench our thirst, May it guide us in good and bad times and become not just a thought or a mind set but truly become one with us, I ask this through Jesus Christ my Lord and savior, Amen.
