Which is why the posters comment confused me. I'd thought she was against gay marriage.

Christianity does not hold a monopoly on marriage.

Religion has took the rights from many people through out history. Women used to have no rights at all because of religion. I am for equal rights with marriage and gender.

I am not compleely convinced women had no rights because of religion. Because of men is all thats necessary!

Good news!

While I don't believe something like this should be up to popular vote, it's refreshing to see the tides turning in favor of equality.

Now what I wanna hear is McCain's response.
