Is eating spaghetti morally wrong?

Is spaghetti eating morally wrong/sinful?

  • It is the deadliest sin.

  • It is a deadly sin.

  • It is a sin, but only a small one.

  • It is a not that big a sin, but also not a small one. More like middle size.

  • I will describe the size in my post.

LOL!
Of course eating spaghetti is not a sin!

Now if you eat a large portion, you might be guilty of gluttony. ;)
Agreed! - Of course eating spaghetti :yum: is not a sin!

And I am familiar with 'moderation in all things' - but many children/adults consumed nothing but "Pediasure/Ensure" in large portions, did you also think they're guilty of gluttony?

And what about Sports-people, like myself - we consume whatever foods, in whatever quantity our mind says we need, to give us the body we want for our respective Fun activities...
did you also think we're guilty of gluttony?

Or (like so many things) is gluttony Context-dependent.

Cheers! :)

Sorry, but its not the size. Its the Starch. All sizes have Starch which hides the evil...

Stay away from all of it....

That sounds like a load of Atkins to me.

Blasphemy, I tell you. Blasphemy!

Dear Creator of Goodness who knows what is healthy for us.
Please protect fillerbunny from the evils of Starch for I believe they have a hold over her. Help break that hold.
Send your Angels of most powerful(http://www.bettycrocker.com/recipes/recipe.aspx?recipeid=35342) to help her with her temptations.
Please Protect her from cereals that may have Magic forces connected to them as that is when people are easier to draw into the evil clutches...
Draw her to Good cereals like raison Bran instead which doesnt have ties to the underworld of heathens and their magic ways http://video.ez-tracks.com/Video-post_raisin_bran_cereal.html
Amen

Why do I get the feeling you don´t take this thread seriously and on top of it try to derail it?

These are valid concerns!

See, first, you let them eat spaghetti, and next thing you know, somebody's bringing spam primavera or.. god forbid.. tofurky to my holiday potluck!

Unacceptable.

I see.
Do you think there is a correlation or causal connection between spaghetti eating and premarital sex, too?

Let's see....pasta is made with flour and egg. Flour, but no yeast, so that would make it unleavened.

However, it is not unleavened bread, certainly. It has some of the ingredients of unleavend bread, but it is not. Therefore, it is a mockery of unleavened bread.

Because unleavened bread is used in sacred religious rituals, the mockery of it would certainly be sinful. Pasta is poor imitation of the Judeo-Christian relgious traditions and holy sacraments. A vile sin, it is, which no Christian or Jew should partake of. We should try to recruit people out of the pasta-eating lifestyle. If they don't believe it is sinful, we should repeat it over and over again, at increasing decible levels, with increasingly vivid depections of Hell, to help convince them. Those who chose the pasta-eating lifestyle certainly wouldn't, if they knew what was in store for them! It is nothing short of cruel to not let them know how horrible pasta-eating is.

TAKE BACK GOD'S BREAD!

I would imagine that most people who have engaged in premarital sex have consumed pasta at some point in their lives.. so, clearly there's a link.

Let's see... a candlelight dinner at a fine Italian restaurant... romantic music... a bottle of red wine...

Yup, there could be a causal connection with premarital sex. :)
