What would you do. . .

Would you. . .

  • Pray?

  • Scream as loud as you possibly could?

  • Look for your family members, even if the attack was across the country?

  • Call a psychiatrist?

  • Prepare for an attack in your city?

  • keep the news on 24-7 until a few days later?

  • Compare it to prophecy to see if it fulfilled a prophecy somewhere?

  • Behave normally-life goes on

  • Cry

  • Feel angry?

  • Prepare to move to a "safer" part of the country?

  • Stockpile antibiotics, gas masks, weapons, whatever?

  • Don't know what I'd do

  • Do absolutely nothing different!

  • Buy/adopt a Chihuahua (I just had to throw that one in :) I love Chihuahuas!)

"keep the news on 24-7 until a few days later?"

I voted for this one because you didn't put go give blood as an option, and it's probably what I would have done afterwards anyway. I watch the news because I want to know everything I can about what happened and catch all the latest developments.

I would quickly post a poll here and query others as to their reaction, analyze the data, interpret the results and then determine how I can best cash-in on the resulting paranoia and rampant patriotism... and I would probably eat breakfast... if it happened before breakfast...

I'd do a lot of things...all of which I did before anyway...and a few of them you put in your poll so I can't just pick one.

Pray would be first...pray for those hurt, pray for the families, pray for everyone who was trying to help out, pray for those who have to make decisions, pray for the safety of my friends and family.

I'd contact family/friends to make sure they're okay. Not because it happened near them but because things like this affect us all in different ways.

I'd leave some form of news on as often as possible, whether it was TV news, checking out web sites for news stories and pictures, or listening to the radio.

I'd probably cry a bit.

I'd want to donate blood or money towards a fund or something too.
And find newspapers to save with information and pictures to put in a save box.

Well, I guess that I would.......

1. cry
2. get angry
3. cry again
4. decide to leave the news on for two weeks
5. get angry some more
6. wash out the anger with some more tears
7. pray
8. pray
9. pray
10. buy a Chihuahua and hug it like crazy.

Make sure anyone I knew near the attacked area was okay, then go on with life.

I'm already earthquake prepared with enough food, blankets, medicine, tent......let's just say everything I would possibly need for two weeks living outside. If I had to suddenly leave my home quickly it wouldn't be a problem.

Have you EVER felt sorry for the people who were just slaughtered for absolutely nothing? 6,000 families destroyed in a heartbeat... for breathing.

Both Islam and Christendom are both very wicked. In that they tolerate and even condone bloody violence.

The history of these two organizations is pathetic.

It is disgusting what these spiritually sick suicide bombers are doing.

It is disgusting how christendom has formented ethnic cleansing and racism for centuries.

The clergy is to blame. They sit back and do nothing as long as the money and power continues to roll in.

I prefer the teachings of Jesus who said at Matthew 5:43,44:

"YOU heard that it was said, 'You must love your neighbor and hate your enemy.' 44 However, I say to YOU: Continue to love YOUR enemies and to pray for those persecuting YOU;"

I rather be sent to jail or killed like Jesus then to harm another human.
