im gonna try my best off to get down this year for the last ever Wishful show.... man i love those boys

A friend of mine at school is currently trying to convince me to go- although Im a little hesitant considering that it is held only 2 weeks before the HSC- On the other hand I said I would go with him last year, and I couldn't make it, so I suppose I should make it up to him this year--- I know the focus of the weekend is christian rock, but is there any teaching there? If so how have you guys found it in the past?

I can honestly say i have only been twice and missed out on the teachings both times but i have heard alot of people say that they get alot out of teachings... and mate make sure if your a fan of Aussie Christian rock you do make an effort to go one year.. i understand that it is hard because your doing your senior and dont want to sell yourself short in that respect...

Chris, The teaching is great and they have many different subjects so you can walk aound and choose something that interests you... Well, thats how it was last year.

three bands to go and see
1.Wishful (thinking) you will never see them again
2.JaeL is the band i toured with last time i went to Blackstump
3.Fearscape i have never seen a metal band so on Fire for God

Check out Dean Barker doing his comedy if you like it go up to him and say "Hey skinnybrad told me to check you out and i liked it" if you dont there is something seriously wrong with you hehe

My friend is playing in his band there this year. They are called Grave Forsaken.

though my friend was playing there... ever heard of Nikki Kummerow??? well.. she is my friend..

hey i went, went up on the motor bike, and camped by my self coz all my friends ditched me!! but i knew people all over the place, and met new ones!!
i went to mainly all the talks (i must be gettin old hey!!) and loved it. there were some heaps good speakers there and the whole thing is totally worth going to hey!!

well if u have a myspace, u can always look on there.. she has one of them, and u can hear her stuff...

hey did any one hear a little canadian lad play a guitar and sing? mostly next to a speaker, he was with a few of them.
