Hmm ... why do some of the more charismatic churches (e.g., Pentecostal) say "Holy Ghost" instead of "Holy Spirit"? I don't see anything wrong with that (because I know that both terms mean the same thing). I was just curious.

In the part of the U.S. where I live that is not usually the case.
Pentecostals here tend to hold to the "dress codes", stick to the song books, a lot of do and don't. (generally don't associate with Charismatics)
Those who call themselves Charismatic here don't have the "dress codes", have praise and worship music(no song books), lean in the direction of the Word of Faith movement.
I have seen a few that cross between Pentecostal and Charismatic, maybe that is the kind of group you have come across.
It's just that in this section of the country they are few and far between.
