Anyone else have sleep problems? I have tried OTC meds they make me ill. on average I get about 3-4 hours sleep no naps and after about 5 days of this I crash and burn spending an entire day in bed. This is affecting all areas of my life. I've struggled with depression for almost 2 years now all the presc. meds I've tried only make insomnia worse + other unbearable side effects. I don't have INS. right now, but am seeing a counselor. I've cut all caffeine, have a pretty physical job, too tired to work out. This is progressively getting worse. What gives? any suggestions would be appreciated.
