Am I Evil?

Hey everyone!

I have been a Christian for a long time.
And then I found out about atheists.
And other people who do immorial things, like same gender marriages, etc.

And then I came to hate them.
I'll be honest..I want them all sent to death camps, like Hitler's. Put in the gas chamber. Burned alive. Worked to death. Hitler put some of the same gender "couples" to death, but not enough.

We are all unworthy of His forgiveness and love, but these people ignore His word!

Perhaps I am wrong, but He granted us life, gave us love, forgivness, and they turned his back on Him and made up lies!! So I want them dead. All of them.

Is this wrong? Very, very wrong?

Let me understand, and see if I can put it in a different light:

You see a bunch of people who are blind and walking around in the dark, and you want to kill them for bumping into things, or just kill them because they can't see?

Wrong, very very wrong.

Those are evil thoughts and have no place in the Christian life. Even though you have evil thoughts I do not think you are evil. I think you would be evil if you actually did the things you thought.

You are not evil, but you despise evil and that is good, but you are to hate the sin and not the sinner. :hug:

I would like to share something with you, Jesus did not come to judge, but to bring life, to set prisoners free and to restore man back to G-d. G-d is the creator, and since we all fall short, and none of us is righteous alone, not one, we do not have the right to judge. Nor put to death as we do not know if or when that person will repent and be brought back to G-d.

I do not believe that a Christian, someone who truely believes in Christ and the Lord, and more importantly in this case HELL, would ever wish such a thing upon anyone. We are all sinners. In God's eyes sin is sin. Perhaps instead of hating others so much you could try praying for them.

This is a faithful saying, and worthy of all acceptation, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners; of whom I am chief. 1 Timothy 1:15.

ANother pertinent thought
To love someone (correct me if im wrong here) is to do what is best for them. While i may be a little slanted in saying this i dont think putting people in a gas chamber helps them come to Christ at all.

I really think that you should pray about these issues. They are not godly thoughts and as a Christian, I am very concerned that you have this view.
You obviously seem to believe that homosexuals, atheists etc are below yourself. What makes the sins that you have commited any different to theirs? You say that they ignore his word...? Have you not ignored his word? Jesus teaches us to love others...are you not ignoring his word by spreading a view of hatred? Have you ever lied, stolen..etc etc...? I'm sure you have. Then YOU have ignored his word! We have all sinned, and we have ALL fallen short of Gods glory, therefore we are not in a position to cast judgement on Gods children. Jesus loves you, just as much as he loves everybody else. He died for us all...not just for a select few.

Lord- I pray that 7ForAllMankind will study your word and pray about the feelings and thoughts that they have. I pray that you will provide them with understanding of what it means to love the people around them and will refrain from casting harsh judgements on people. Lord I pray that you remove these thoughts of evil from their head and fill their hearts with love and compassion.

Why would you want them dead?
God still loves them. You should to.
God wants no one to perish but everyone to come to repentance.

While I wouldn't say that thoughts alone would characterize you as evil... if you happen to say those things outwardly then yes you are. And should you act on those feelings then most definitely so.

Be careful in what you say. You say that these people you "hate" ignore God's word. Well God's word tells us to love one another too. That is certinaly something you are ignoring ...

Our first job should be to minister the Word to these folks to plant a seed that the Holy Spirit can use to perhaps turn these people's lives around. It's true that none of us is perfect enough to deserve God's mercy. But He was gracious enough to give it to us anyway. Ask God to search your heart to know what is right and to reveal to you how you can become an example to those who don't know Jesus.

I think your thoughts are certainly not Christian. Maybe you should do a word study in the Bible on hate. See what God says about it and pray that he removes these thoughts from your mind.
Judgement is not our job. It is God's. Leave it to Him.
Our job is to (as difficult as it is sometimes) love others. That is the greatest commandment.

It makes me so angry. How can you stand to have an atheist friend? One of my friends is, and that is all I see.

Doesn't it say somewhere in Revelations that unbelievers will go to Hell? I don't want my friend to go there. And if she has kids, that is what she tell them. That He is not there, and He is.

I see your point; I should let God be the judge, but it still does nothing to help calm my fears that these unbelievers will kick Christianity out of America like they already have.

When WE were yet sinners Christ died for us. The very faith we have to believe is a GIFT from God. Read Ephesians 2; 8,9 Jesus taught of the four types of ground refering to the human heart's response to the Gospel. Remember that God sends rain on the just and the unjust. This shows us that God blesses us all. Romans speaks of the Potter making various vessels from the same clay; some for noble purposes' and some for destruction. The SECRET things belong to the LORD,(Deut 29:29)

God put each one of us on this earth for a purpose. If that were not true then why would we want to stay here and not end our lives early to be with Him. Help the sinners you hate. Pray to God, ask Him if you are fulfilling your purpose. Maybe the devil is tricky you to believe something God wants you to do just the opposite for. God is love you are of God. Take that love and kill the evil.

It is kinda wrong. I kinda feel sorry for those gays being outcasted by others...sometimes. However, their lifestyle is not of my cup of tea, either.

How can you demonstrate the love of Christ if you are not beng friendly? (No). Did Jesus dine/ fellowship with tax collectors (collaborators) and prostitutes? (Why, yes he did and was accused of being a winebibber because of it).

There is a consequence for all our actions and choices. I don't know what hell is but Heaven isn't a prison.
