Vancouver island landscapes (warning: big pics)

These are gorgeous I particularly like the 2nd & 3rd photos in your first post.

Hey, I know some of that skyline... I live about 30 miles north of Seattle Washington.

How do you get such a wide format? Is it the camera, or do you just crop them in photoshop?
