Have ya'll found that the heat bothers you more now than when you were younger? When I was 16 I worked outside at a daycamp as a counselor and it was the hottest summer on record for our area - still is - over 100 degrees for the longest time we have ever had - and it did not bother me. Now, well, another story all together. It is hot, hot, hot, - over 100 degrees - and I can't stand it. I feel awful the moment I step out of the a/c I feel like I am going to melt. Ick. Thank the Lord for air conditioning!

The heat doesn't bother me. It's the humidity that bother me if it's hot. I like places like Nevada where it get's to 100 as long as I can be in the shade. I wouldn't want to be out in the broad daylight too long, it might bake this noodle of mine. And I think I'm half baked as it is. :p

I don't know if it's because I'm older or if it's me but the heat bothers me alot (but then so does the cold) it's been up in the high 90's low 100's these last several weeks, I stay in as much as possible.

I like Spring and Fall, but here in Nevada, it's winter right up until it's summer! Then it's Summer right up until it snows!

:) In north Texas I think we have 2 seasons - summer and not summer. Summer lasts from the end of May until almost the middle of November and then it is not summer.

I am in a Holeless-Doughnut-in-the-middle-of-the-North-American-Continent (not that hard to figure out). It was 109 degrees F by late afternoon yesterday. (I was outside unloading a camper when it was 105), I used to crave this stuff, now it just wipes me out. But, I keep reminding myself, that in a half a year we could be having a -60 below windchill factor (our wind is what gets you here). It helps a little if I think that way.

Fall is my fav season!
