This is satan’s goal:

Job 2:5
But if you reach out your hand and touch his flesh and bone, without doubt he'll curse you to your face!"

Satan’s 1st words to JOB:

Job 4:17
'Can a human be seen by G-d as righteous? Can a mortal be pure before his maker?
Job 4:18
[G-d] doesn't trust his own servants, he finds fault even with his angels;

I see that JOB realized that he was just in the wrong place at the right time, this is why he curses the day he was born.

There is a conflict here between the fallen angels and man.

not only does the very 1st verse eliminate the sin issue, but it's followed by this:

Job 1:5After a cycle of banquets, Iyov would send for them to come and be consecrated; then he would get up early in the morning and offer burnt offerings for each of them, because Iyov said, "My sons might have sinned and blasphemed God in their thoughts."This is what Iyov did every time.
:)

nope, definately not a sin issue, the emotion may be difficult to see beyond.

perhaps not many can understand this, how many of you have experienced this? You may think differently because you have not stood face to face with satan. Tell me, if you were in JOB shoe's here, with all your faith, do you think you would have fear?

What is Shaddai?

Perhaps you know it from the phrase "El Shaddai" that is often translated as "God Almighty". The meaning of "shaddai" is obscure but usually rendered as "almighty" or "self-sufficient". There is the Hebrew word "shad" that means "breast", but there is probably no connection.

El Shaddai, El Shaddai,
El-Elyon na Adonia,
Age to age You're still the same,
By the power of the name.
El Shaddai, El Shaddai,
Erkamka na Adonai,
We will praise and lift You high,
El Shaddai.

Through your love and through the ram,
You saved the son of Abraham;
Through the power of your hand,
Turned the sea into dry land.
To the outcast on her knees,
You were the God who really sees,
And by Your might,
You set Your children free.

El Shaddai, El Shaddai,
El-Elyon na Adonia,
Age to age You're still the same,
By the power of the name.
El Shaddai, El Shaddai,
Erkamka na Adonai,
We will praise and lift You high,
El Shaddai.

Through the years You've made it clear,
That the time of Christ was near,
Though the people couldn't see
What Messiah ought to be.
Though Your Word contained the plan,
They just could not understand
Your most awesome work was done
Through the frailty of Your Son.

El Shaddai, El Shaddai,
El-Elyon na Adonai,
Age to age You're still the same,
By the power of the name.
El Shaddai, El Shaddai,
Erkamka na Adonai,
I will praise and lift You high,
El Shaddai.

El Shaddai, El Shaddai,
El-Elyon na Adonai,
Age to age You're still the same,
By the power of the name.
El Shaddai, El Shaddai,
Erkamka na Adonai,
I will praise and lift You high,
El Shaddai.

Job 10:15
If I am wicked, woe to me! -but if righteous, I still don't dare raise my head, because I am so filled with shame, so soaked in my misery.

*self pity*

Job 15:15
God doesn't trust even his holy ones; no, even the heavens are not innocent in his view.
Job 15:16
How much less one loathesome and corrupt, a human being, who drinks iniquity like water.
*pity*

Job 16:2
"I have heard this stuff so often! Such sorry comforters, all of you!

*scorns his friends, they don't seem to be very good comforters, they accuse him of sinning, how else could this happen to him right?*

Job 16:16
my face is red from crying, and on my eyelids is a death-dark shadow.

*pity, can you blame the man?*

Job 17:2
Mockers are all around me; my eye meets only their hostility.

Job 17:4
For you have shut their minds to common sense; therefore you will not let them triumph.

Job 19:1
Then Iyov answered:
Job 19:2
"How long will you go on making me angry, crushing me with words?
Job 19:3
You've insulted me ten times already; aren't you ashamed to treat me so badly?
Job 19:4
Even if it's true that I made a mistake, my error stays with me.
Job 19:5
"You may take a superior attitude toward me and cite my disgrace as proof against me;
Job 19:6
but know that it's God who has put me in the wrong and closed his net around me.

*his friends are convinced that he is a sinner, but he is not*

Job 19:16
I call my servant, and he doesn't answer, even if I beg him for a favor!

*pity*

Job 19:17
"My wife can't stand my breath, I am loathsome to my own family.
Job 19:18
Even young children despise me -if I stand up, they start jeering at me.
Job 19:19
All my intimate friends abhor me, and those I loved have turned against me.
Job 19:20
My bones stick to my skin and flesh; I have escaped by the skin of my teeth.
Job 19:21
"Pity me, friends of mine, pity me! For the hand of God has struck me!

*more*

Job 19:23
I wish my words were written down, that they were inscribed in a scroll,
Job 19:24
that, engraved with iron and filled with lead, they were cut into rock forever!

*mysterious ways*

Job 19:28
"If you say, 'How will we persecute him?'-the root of the matter is found in me.

*After all that complaining, something good here?? Hmmm… *

Job 23:12
I don't withdraw from his lips' command; I treasure his words more than my daily food.

***Wow! This is where satan fails. ***

Job 24:25
"And even if it isn't so now, still no one can prove me a liar and show that my words are worthless."

*Job did not sin! Has not! Will not! *

Job 26:2
"What great help you bring to the powerless! what deliverance to the arm without strength!
Job 26:3
Such wonderful advice for a man lacking wisdom! So much common sense you've expressed!

*He is angry because his friends do not believe him, they accuse him of sinning, of not helping the needy when he was prosperous, he is trying to tell them he is innocent of sin, they won’t believe him. *

Job 26:7
He stretches the north over chaos and suspends the earth on nothing.
Job 26:8
He binds up the water in his thick clouds, yet no cloud is torn apart by it.
Job 26:9
He shuts off the view of his throne by spreading his cloud across it.
Job 26:10
He fixed a circle on the surface of the water, defining the boundary between light and dark.
Job 26:11
The pillars of heaven tremble, aghast at his rebuke.
Job 26:12
He stirs up the sea with his power, and by his skill he strikes down Rahav.
Job 26:13
With his Spirit he spreads the heavens; his hand pierces the fleeing serpent.
Job 26:14
And these are but the fringes of his ways; how faint the echo we hear of him! But who is able to grasp the meaning of his thundering power?"

Here he is trying to tell you that he knows that he did not sin, and that his faith will remain with father, that he is the creator of the universe and that there are some things that we humans just can not understand!!!

Job 27:1
Iyov continued his speech:
Job 27:2
"I swear by the living God, who is denying me justice, and by Shaddai, who deals with me so bitterly,
Job 27:3
that as long my life remains in me and God's breath is in my nostrils,
Job 27:4
my lips will not speak unrighteousness, or my tongue utter deceit.
Job 27:5
Far be it from me to say you are right; I will keep my integrity till the day I die.

*Awesome! He knows that he is innocent. *

Job 27:11
"I am teaching you how God uses his power, not hiding what Shaddai is doing.
Job 27:12
Look, you all can see for yourselves; so why are you talking such empty nonsense?

*Amazeing, in all his suffering, his life hanging by a thread, he still teaches!! *

Job 29:12
for I delivered the poor when they cried for assistance, the orphan too, who had no one to help him.
Job 29:13
Those who had been about to die would bless me, and I made widows sing in their hearts for joy.
Job 29:14
I clothed myself with righteousness, and it clothed itself with me; my justice was like a robe and a crown.

*Sinful? I believe you guys are mistaken. *

Job 30:17
At night pain pierces me to the bone, so that I never rest.

*That reminded me of Paul*thorn*

Job 32:2
But then the anger of Elihu the son of Barakh'el the Buzi, from the family of Ram, blazed up against Iyov for thinking he was right and God wrong.

Do you see the ignorance of man here?

Job 33:33
If not, then listen to me; keep quiet, and I will teach you wisdom."

*A youngster ey… lol I suppose he thought he was doing right. This is what happens when man tries to understand the workings of father.*

Job 34:11
For he pays people back for what they do and sees that each gets what his conduct deserves.

*Some buds of wisdom. *

Job 36:21
Be careful; turn away from wrongdoing; for because of this, you have been tested by affliction.

*The words of a fool. *

Job 38:1
Then ADONAI answered Iyov out of the storm:

Job 38:2
"Who is this, darkening my plans with his ignorant words?

*Ha! I knew it! *

Job 38:7
when the morning stars sang together, and all the sons of God shouted for joy?

*You do see the word sing here right?-snip- *

Job 38:18
Have you surveyed the full extent of the earth? Say so, if you know it all!

*Lol, I don’t know about you guys, but if I was in that kids shoes, I would be face down on the earth praying my head off and repenting!!!*

Job 38:33
Do you know the laws of the sky? Can you determine how they affect the earth?

*Key word here. Laws, g-d is speaking*

Job 39:13
"An ostrich's wings beat wildly, although its pinions lack plumage.

*Australia?-scratches head-*

Job 39:24
Frenzied and eager, it devours the ground, scarcely believing the shofar has sounded.

*Wow, father does enjoy the sound of the shofar!! *

Job 40:2
"Does the critic still want to dispute Shaddai? Let him who wants to correct God give an answer!"

*you do know he speaks of the boy and Job's friends?*

Job 40:8
"Are you impugning my justice? Putting me in the wrong to prove yourself right?

*Father is rebuilding Job’s confidence*

Job 40:15
"Now consider Behemot, whom I made along with you. He eats grass like an ox.

*What is this?*

Job 41:1
"And Livyatan! Can you catch him with a fishhook or hold his tongue down with a rope?

*And what is that?*

Job 42:7
After ADONAI had spoken these words to Iyov, ADONAI said to Elifaz the Teimani, "My anger is blazing against you and your two friends, because, unlike my servant Iyov, you have not spoken rightly about me.

***You guys catch that?

Hmmm…

So the moral is, what I said in the beginning, and Father says to not question him, how could we possibly understand what he does?

Job never sinned.

job 4:16

The 1st thing i noticed was the smell. I thought that some mangey coyote or something like it was walking close to the house from the pasture. It smelled like a rotting carcus, the smell got stronger and stronger. I looked out the window, thinking something like, what in the world is that?

At this time it was about 4 am, i had gotten out of work late from doing some security stuff to the network that has to be done after normal business hours and decided to stop by the house where i am doing volunteer work.

The electricity began to fluctuate, and my body filled with fear. I knew that something evil was nearby, not only could i smell it, but i could sence its fear, it was very powerful, but i knew that the fear came with it. I have never felt such fear.

My vehicle was parked out front by the door. I ran out the front door towards my vehicle, i ran past it, past the front garden area, up the hill and around back towards the smell. It felt like i was running on air, and the fear... wow, i have never felt such fear, but i wasn't going to let it scare me and get away. I ran towards the smell, that's when i saw it, well.. sorta... it moved away from me, it was transparent, i couldn't see it, but there was something there, i could see something like a huge lens moveing across in front of me. I ran at it, i wanted to fight it, i didn't like the fear or the feeling of fear, i knew that it had to be evil, so i was ready to fight it, but it moved away from me. I ran after it and it moved behind a fence into a ticket of bamboo. It was transparent and stunk really bad. I stood there looking at it, ready to fight it. I told it to come out and fight. i wasn't about to go into a ticket of bamboo, especially with all the big spiders i've seen crawling through in the day time, and i know them spiders are nocturnal, so i just waited for it to come back out- but it never did. It began to move away, across the pasture and away from the house.

When i saw that it was leaveing i began to walk off, and stopped and walked back to where i was to see if it was still there, and it was. It just looked at me and never said anything, then left and i've never seen it again.

I went back inside, i had no fear, the fear went with it. I've just always figured it to be a demon until i read JOB 4:16 the other day.

Job 4:16 It stood still, but I couldn't make out its appearance; yet the form stayed there before my eyes. Then I heard a subdued voice:

***maybe someone will understand this***
