Ycon, doesn't it bug you at all that this so-called "Jesus" is:
* Lying about his intelligence
* Obsessed with numerology
* Inclined to lies
* Inclined to profanity
* Wrong on simple matters of fact
* Inventing conspiracies

These are not traits I associate with Christ's return.

With everything that has been offered to you it is plain to me that BGM has you really under his thumb. I would like to think that Jesus would be a little more cordial, a little more polite in his word usage, would follow laws made in the Bible (concerning the pot smoking, doesn't the Bible say to follow the laws of the land as long as they don't interfere with God's teachings and one's walk with god.

I would like to think that Jesus wouldn't exploit himself by selling "Miracle Water" and having a personal fan club that one must pay dues to be part of.

I would like to think that Jesus had some sort of personal merit rather than to prey on gullible people. If BGM is Jesus and he wants to be in power so bad, why doesn't he just take power instead of trying to handle it in a judicial wrestling match that he can't win.

I'm sorry but you are very deceived and I pray that God shows you light before you are sucked in so deep that you can't escape. Do you really think that Christians wouldn't be so against him if he were Jesus. Maybe you better listen to your Christian brothers and sisters.

The laws have been set by the evil government, they lie cheat and steal. The laws are for there benefit. We could have free energy, better health and live a much better life style.

The IRS is a monopoly, not even part of the government.
We are still using oil and gas, why? If we changed, the rich oil men would not be rich anymore. The Bush family owns oilwells in and out of the country.

I don't know where you came up with a fan club and dues for Brian. It is not true

NO it is most of you that are decieved. You believe your government is good and you believe your church is right.

Hopefully, you will see the truth

Well, we could use other resources for energy, but they won't do it because the price of oil would drop.

You’re wrong. Alternative energies aren’t practical because we have an existing infrastructure that is heavily reliant on fossil fuels and crude oil. To integrate alternatives would require significant investment from government and individuals to modify the infrastructure. Are you prepared for the $6,000 extra (currently) for an electric vehicle? Does your town have enough constant sunlight for solar energy?

Anway... Connie, I've tried... I'm tired. You're not listening to the reasoning of several dozen people. No one can say we didn't try.

Brian is a manipulative evil man, you should hope he and I never meet in person.

Good luck.

Connie,
I have warned you as well. And I am equally beginning to feel as if I'm arguing with a telephone post. :sigh:
Don't say that you have not been warned. If you want I will tell you of the similarities between Brian Golightly Marshall and Shoko Asahara. I will further illustrate that neither are our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, and that trusting in either Brian or Shoko is eternally a one-way ticket to the place "where the worm never dies and the flame is never quenched," and temporally a very speedy way to get to that eternity.
However I will not bother with posting that now as you are obviously not interested in anything of that sort.
I will finish with this:
Brian Golightly Marshall is NOT Christ returned.
Jesus Christ was the only sinless Man who ever lived, NOT a twice-divorced, dope-smoking, decieved, lying, con artist. Even the athiests here have done less violence to the character of our Lord than you have.
I am giving up on this as we are told in the Bible not to give fellowship to unrepentant heretics nor engage in useless discussions with them.
Which is exactly what this is.
BTW although I am not a mod, I would kindly ask you NOT to post in the Christians-only forums, as you are not a Christian as defined by the Bible OR by the Biblically based standard of this site used to define Christians, the Nicene Creed.
Thank you and goodbye. :sigh:

You forgot he is a pot smoker as well(See post 169).

I am 57 years old and smoke dope now and then, and have a great deal of good to say about it.

I could post a site that consist of the rambling ideas of Brian. I will not. There are things that would not be suitable reading on a Christian Forum. Think of some of the most perverse sins known to man. Brian will twist scripture to show that God approves. I worry that he is involved in some of these horrendous sins. He is extremely ill.

I also have read his way of delivering us from the need of oil. It would be hilarious... if it were not so sad, that this man is so ill. I could post it... but then again, I think it would be poking fun at the mental ill.

Connie: I do not believe for one moment that your involvement with Brian is for any other reason then to exploit him. You show no regard for him personally. Money seems to be the LOVE that you hold dear. In your case the saying most surely applies... Money is the root of all evil.

I wish I could say something positive. But this is a sad situation.

:) LOVE

I didn't forget, I just don't have enough information to form a clear opinion of how Christ's teachings apply to pot. I have known people who used it to survive chemotherapy, so I don't assume that it's inherently a bad thing. There are drugs with no redeeming qualities; so far as I can tell, pot isn't one of them. I have no idea; I've heard conflicting stories, which generally means it's a complicated issue.

Pot can help a person who is at the end of their life to deal with the pain. That is true.

But it is illegal... So that alone makes it wrong. Jesus would not break the law.

It is a gateway drug and it destroys ambition. Do you know how many young lifes have gone up in smoke? I know of a man, with three little girls, who will look for a job.... tomorrow. But tomorrow never comes. His wife is about to divorce him and he can not understand why. For he is such a nice, mellow person.

Sorry to disagree... But Jesus would not be a doped up POT-HEAD!

:) LOVE
