what do you do when you fast?

That does not really answer my question. Do you DO anything in particular? ex. do you fast while you are at work? Do you do nothing but pray and read the bible? Or do you go about your normal business? Things like that I want to know.

i just go on with my normal business but at the same time focuse on God like reading da bible n all

Normal business, but I try to meditate on the Jesus prayer. I keep a small prayer rope in my pocket for this purpose, it helps me to get rid of distractions.

I try to take the day off of work if possible. That allows me time to pray, read my Bible, meditate, etc.

Basically, Jenny, there aren't any rules as such. You choose what you want to do and when. Read the sticky above if you're thinking about a long fast.
