Yes, well, of course, you do not know me at all. In fact it seems sometimes I do not know myself.

But my name is Gerald W. "Gerry" Marsh, aka Jerry Marsh.
I minister in a full time capacity, though I am on no payroll.

I speak in Churches throughout the Southern United States from East to West coast! I also minister in Hospitals and nursing homes as well as county jails and a federal correctional Institue for youth offenders, on Monday nights by invitation.

I have for the most part given up my Death Row ministry, but remain available as a Spiritual Advisor in three Penal Institutions.

My real love is one on one soul winning. It brings the most joy and blessing to me, and it is a ministry from which there is no retirement. The older I get, the sweeter it gets.

My name is Anna. I am only 17 years old, but God has decided to jump on in there and get me started! I've been part of a ministering family 9 months before I was born, and it's been insane! We are currently ministering at a church that needs help being built up spiritually and numerically. I am the head of the children's ministry and have a hand in the youth and women's ministries. And love every last minute of it!!!

Hi!!!

My name is Justin. I am 19 years old and this fall I will be attending Liberty University to begin earning a degree in Biblical Studies. I have been licensed to preach for almost a year now, but I have yet to be ordained. I taught a Bible Study every Tuesday night for seven months and currently I have started a "Children's Church" at my church. Also I have taught sunday school and during the summer I volunteer as a teacher for Vacation Bible School.

I am excited about being called into the ministry. Yet with this great honor comes a great amount of responisbility. May we all remember that we are dealing with the men's souls as we minister in our respected fields. Therefore we must give it all we have and fight the good fight :)

God Bless,

Jesaiah

I see that I never introduced myself. My name is Alta van den Berg, I am from South Africa. I am born again baptized and filled with the Holy Spirit for over 27 years now.

My calling from God on my life is to help edify the Body of Christ to get them ready as the Bride. God use me strongly for intersession, teaching and prophesying and I’m also busy to start groups like rescue/support teams. They go wherever they see a need. This teams does not do the preach-and-pray house calls, they are more to minister in a natural way. Not that praying and preaching is wrong but it put some people off. I find its better to supply the finical needs first, then, they will come and tell what is their spiritual needs. I have two groups of 5 ladies going and the third one is busy to come together.

I’m in a very small Church in South Africa – Pentecostal. I went to bible school in the early ’90 and I travel all over the country to women conferences and help to minister to women. I am also part of the leadership of conferences in Africa. I love this very much.
I believe one of the most important things Christians have to do is to worship God in Spirit and truth.

I have changed years ago my religion for relationships – A good relationship with God and with people. This was a huge step and I could ‘feel’ how I grow.

I love God with everything inside of me and seek to worship and obey Him all the time and in everything.
I’m so thankful that God loved us so that He sent His Son to die for me. I’m impressed with God for sending me The Comforter to lead and teach the way. Nothing is more important in this life as to walk close to God. Being a friend of Jesus and accept the leading of the Holy Spirit. I will be grateful until the day I close my eyes and I will never cease to thank God for this privilege to be called a son of God

Greetings,

My name is Jonathan. I am currently a full time high school teacher at a private school (I teach theology and English.) I have also spent some time overseas as a full-time missionary, teaching English. This fall I am entering Concordia Seminary, St. Louis, following our Lord's gracious call upon my family to serve Him full time by shepherding one of His many flocks which are direly in need of love and counsel in these hard times.

'Yello...

My name is Scott and I actually have two jobs. I work as a Christian Marriage and Family Therapist in Florida. I've just been hired as a part-time Associate Minister to Students.

So I work 20 hours at the office (That's full-time really in counseling-20 clients), 20-30 hours now at the church (that includes services on Wednesday and Sundays), and in the fall I'll be starting a Ph.D. program at UF.

But, if God calls you to do something, he'll give you the time... That's what I've found, at least!

Hi All,

I work in full-time ministry with a christian non-profit organization in one of the poorest cities in America. We minister to inner-city youth through various programs. I work mostly with teenagers and wear a number of different hats in this particular department. We have a small alternative high school for teens who can't handle a big school setting; there I teach 11th and 12th grade english literature (let me tell you, everyday is always an adventure). I also developed and coordinate the mentoring program for the teens in our job training program as well.

But lastly, let me share with you my heart......it's the young mom's group that I facilitate every monday evenings. The moms come to group with their babies/toddlers and we do a variety of activities - circle time with their babies, singing songs and learning rhymes, sharing their successes and issues, learning what the Bible says about child discipline, listening to guest speakers on a variety of topics, etc.... I started this group over a year ago and God has really blessed these moms in a most incredible way. They've really blessed and challenged me over the course of the year as well. (strange that I'm not a mom myself!) But the Lord has definitely given me a heart for these precious young moms and their children.

Apart from the different hats I wear within this ministry I also lead discipleship group with a couple of girls. Amazingly enough, I do manage to have a semblance of a life!

It has been such a challenge working with these particular kids, but God has also given me a special love for them and joy as I minister to them. It's all God.... I'm only His tool!

Blessings to you all!

Man, I wanna go into the ministry. I don't know. I don't really spill out my plans, but I want to graduate from Seminary with honors after college, and be a youth minister or head some evangelism department. Either will work just fine.

Secret plan, I want to write a book, titled "Systematic Apologetics: The Christian Guide to What and Why you Belive." or something like that.

Dude, if your heart is in ministry, do it now!!!!!!!
You do not need a degree to minister, go donate your time in a ministry and get some experience. See more of what is like to do service to the kingdom of God. I suggest contacting your pastor and asking him where you can help out.

Can I really do that? What do you mean by do it now? I really don't think I can, but I would like to practice and try.

If your heart is to minister, then talk to a leader or pastor of your church ask where you can get plugged in. For example...

I am a leader at the junior high youth group at my church. They made an annoucement for a need of leaders. I checked it out, thougth that God could use me there, and I have been there for three years now. Get plugged into a ministry and allow God to use you. Not sure what else to tell you. Go see whats out there, and pray over a decision.

Christopher! How on earth did you do that?! I just have trouble speaking and keeping an organized train of thought. What did you do that made someone give you a degree at the age of 14? Did you preach regularly ever Wednesday or Sunday or a few times a year? Fascinating!

you sound awesome bro.
just find a youth group, or some church ministry. i think the biggest thing is getting work and being faithful. you dont have to be a preacher now, just find any need at all, and get to work fixing it. and god will see your heart and that your faithful, and hell move you up. and when he moves you up, no one can bring you down. but dont be hasty about getting into the ministry or looking for a door, only god can put where he wants you and keep you there, so just be faithful where you see a need, and god will smile over you and raise you up. dont try to make it to the top so fast. if you were ready then god would have already put you there. sense you have problems you dont even know you have, wait on the lord, and find something you can do, and do it better than anyone has ever seen. remember that if you turn on the tv or go to church or just get around much in the church life, you know that LOTS OF PEOPLE want to preach. it amases me how many do, and i wonder where god can use me amoung all these people who seem more qualified than me. but i know god will raise me up when im faithful, maybe for doing the dirty job those other preachers didnt want to to do. there are lots of people who want to preach or do preach, but remember he uses the ones that are faithful. if your faithful, your future ministry is set in stone, and you dont have to worry about competing for spot at the microphone. god will give you a space, that no man can take, if your faithful.

my name is LEE MYERS, im 20 years old.
and i look forward to being in the ministry.
i was filled with the holyspirit at around 17 years old, and soon afterword caught the burden to do something in my dying world for god. and not to much longer after that i was called to preach and god promised me great things.
ive preached some, i love it. and i look forward to doing it more in the future.
