Fellowship with blessedvalley!

Good to see you MeekOne. Glad you are joining the fellowship in B.V.s thread.

Angelwind, praying you will find relief in the promise of restful sleep. I know what it is like to have a restless night. I am always amazed by how every trial we will have is mentioned in the Word.

When I lie down, I say, ‘When shall I arise, And the night be ended?’ For I have had my fill of tossing till dawn. Job 7:4

I have had so many nights tossing and turning, waiting for the morning to come. God was always there, but the morning seemed to bring a ray of hope. I hope everyone's day is filled with hope.

Would that be "ice fishing", Lilly? It was so cold and I don't mean cool this a.m. here. See my arctic attire. Actually I did go snow shoeing once in Alaska. A friend and I climbed to the top of Snowshoe mountain which was really just the size of a small skiing slope. The Eskimo women in the Northern villages wear skirts over their pants to keep extra warm, mukluks, and parkas...just like in my character's picture today.

If I tried to snowshoe up that mountain now I might make it past the lodge...about 200 ft or so. But the memories are fine! Ha. I praise God to have at least had the experience once. Another Northern Exposure adventure. I did it when I was 22. Hope your day is going well... birdie

Wow! That sounds exciting! It's actually rather warm here today. Perfect weather for putting up Christmas lights!

Yeah, it has warmed up to above 60 degrees now (almost 1:00 p.m. mountain time), so I am going out to put up Christmas lights. Arizona weather is full of surprises, but we are having an unusual cold snap...nights and mornings now. Got below freezing last night.

It's been crazy here too. A cold front moved through followed by this warm weather.
