I don't know that it does anything for him other than resemble a recently deposed dictator.

He definately loses a few points in the sexy dept. with that.

but maybe it is becuase he is filming a movie about john the baptist or paul the apostle, that would be great.

Hmmm. Kind of a Moses look, or at least like the Moses-with-horns statue my grandparents have had forever. It would probably look good if it were about 6 inches shorter.

I imagine that was the look he was going for. I've heard he's quite orthodox in his faith, which gives me more reason to believe that's the look he was going for.
