16 year old arrested in Pamela Vitale case.

We just have to wait and see to actually see if this was the person. From what I understand he lived on the property and would have been trusted by Mrs. Vitale.

The Lynch person has had a drug problem for 20 years so he's not the teen suspected. What beef did a teen have with them?
