8. They were never raised to believe that there was something wrong with it, so they feel no shame for doing so.
9. They're selfish and they'd rather exhaust themselves looking at strangers, than meet the needs of their partner (male or female)

There was a brief period in my last marriage that I felt I was not satisfying my wife's sexual needs. I spent some time perusing the internet for possible sexual techniques that would hopefully result in more enjoyment for her. Needless to say, that exposed me to far more "garbage" than I would care to imagine, and nothing I saw helped in our marriage bed. (The actual missing component was mutual love). However, I did see how easily a man could get drawn into a constant search for the "next-best" image.

Early in our marriage, despite my profession of a Christian faith (or maybe because of it), my ex-wife bought me a multi-year subscription of Playboy. I thought it was to help me "get into the mood". I later found out it was to take my attention off of her, so she wouldn't have to make love with me.

As to your response list...
1) They enjoy the beauty of the female form.

I do enjoy the female form, but I think that inappropriate contentography greatly distorts and perverts it into something God never intended it to be.

2) They enjoy the thrill of seeing nudity and sexually explicit images.

Again, based on the Song of Solomon, I see nothing explicitly wrong with images of husbands and wives enjoying the gift of sex. However, inappropriate content typically depicts sex as a free-for-all, for from God's plan for sex, only within the bonds of marriage.

3) They don't get enough satisfaction at home.

Turning to inappropriate contentography doesn't help this situation. In fact, it usually only makes it worse as one begins to develop the attitude that EVERYONE else is getting more sex than they are.

4) As men, they feel they have the right to look if nude models and actors sell their wares.

Based on American "freedom of speech", they probably DO have the "right" to look at it, but is that "loving your wife".

1 Cor 6:12 "Everything is permissible for me"—but not everything is beneficial."

Eph 5:25-27 "Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her to make her holy, cleansing her by the washing with water through the word, and to present her to himself as a radiant church, without stain or wrinkle or any other blemish, but holy and blameless."

In my humble opinion, inappropriate contentography is a total waste of time and resources.

Is there a difference between nude pics and inappropriate content? Where's the line? More than one person? other objects? poses?

I don't see looking at anything in the entire rest of the world having any relationship to spouse, children or family. What my eyes enjoy is a large spectrum of beauty and landscape, has nothing to do with my relationship with the people in my home. I think they're separate issues.

When people aren't happy, they need to look in the mirror and figure out what can be done about it. Point fingers at anything else leaves 3 pointing back.

5) Because it's fun and harmless, as long as your wife is ok with it. If she isn't, it's physically and emotionally painful and perhaps even deadly. That's the way of marriage.

Once you've exhausted your creative faculties sometimes inappropriate content can give you ideas of new and creative things to try... of course this depends on the inappropriate content.

Because it's hilarious. Seriously. I've seen some inappropriate content that was just so incredibly ridiculous that all I could do was laugh. You wouldn't believe how inappropriate content can be turned hilarious by adding the wrong type of music. Sorta like adding Yakkety Sax to something almost always makes it funny

I watch inappropriate content because my wife makes me...yeah, that's the ticket.

Actually, we do usually watch inappropriate content together, either because it gives us ideas, or because it's hilarious.
