The BBC, OK so I am prejudiced being a Brit, but I believe it is the best, most unbiased broadcasting company in the world, and best of all there are no ads!!

when I was in London I watched the BBC and they were bashing the United States after some boxing match...it was pretty harsh too

I agree... BBC gives it to you straight.

I really enjoy BBC World News because there doesn't seem to be and fluff and no propaganda like in US News. However, I still cross reference everything I see or hear. Other News Sources I like are FoxNews, MSNBC, and for political news C-Span. Those are the most reputable news sources on TV right now as far as I know.

oh, and on cable news channels...FOXNEWS, they are the least liberal of them all (and they show breaking news like a press conference with the attorney general, not an interview about sex like cnn was doing this afternoon)

My first source is the internet. Because that is the first thing I do in the morning is go online and check the news.

Then I turn the TV on and switch between CNN, MSNBC and FOX. I watch them all.

I 've only watched the Daily Show a couple of times. I thought it was funny too.

I'm British, and I find that the BBC is far too old school. There is still the "this is what we think you should watch" factor. As far as day to day news goes, I prefer Sky News. This is a UK version of Fox News, and seems to cover most of the news fairly well.

Mentioning media companies, are the broadcasters in the US failing (going out of business) at the rate that they are here in Europe? It seems that our choice of who produces and distributes the tv is getting less.

Having said that... don't believe for one moment that the BBC is whiter than white - it also has a tendancy to distort the truth for the sake of a headline!!
