Jesus is a cherub.

Exodus 25:18 And you shall make two cherubim of gold; of hammered work shall you make them, on the two ends of the mercy seat. " these two cherbim are christ and the church. gold stands for purity which Jesus has and the church has positionally, and will have experientaly someday.
Kings I 6:25 "The other cherub also measured ten cubits; both cherubim had the same measure and the same form. " this shows that the two cherubim are the same measure and form.l.e., the church will be like christ some day experientaly pure.
Kings I 8:6 Then the priests brought the ark of the covenant of the LORD to its place, in the inner sanctuary of the house, in the most holy place, underneath the wings of the cherubim. " and,

Kings I 8:13 I have built thee an exalted house, a place for thee to dwell in for ever." the place for God to dwell in forever is Jesus and the church, the two cherubim.

well Jesus is pure and perfect, he is without sin and jesus said be ye perfect as I am perfect. actually in the greek its continual action (linear tense) and should read ,"be ye becoming perfect as I am perfect. Perfect = pure. thats how i mean pure. without sin. In addition the bible says that one day we shall be like him (jesus, not god)

John I 3:2" Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is. "

it doesn't yet appear what we shall be, I.e. we aren't like him just yet, i.e. we aren't perfect yet but shall be.
as to gold standing for purity. have you never heard the expression, Pure as gold.?

as to the two cherubim standing for Jesus and the church. well its one of those things in the bible that has to be revealed to you by god. like, who is the manchild? or who is the bride of christ? ya gotta fit the pieces together basically and when you do thats what you come up with, Jesus and the church.

well actuallly the cherubim statues are not what i was refering to. I was refering to the beings represented by the gold cherubim statues.

these cherubims at the garden of eden were angels who were standing in for Jesus and the church until we came along.

God sits between Jesus and the church the cherubims. not between two cherubim statues.

See, God dwells between the cherubims. thats us and Jesus. we are his tabernacle his dwelling place his two cherubim. God was in christ,(Corinthians II 5:19 To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation. ), and God is in us the church. we are his dwelling place.
as far as not making graven images . well god told the israelites to make those cherubim statues, so they arent graven images.
in short, your denial of Jesus being a cherub has no proof , just your assertion. I have solid biblical verses for support.

Exactly. The LORD , or Yahweh isn't a cherub he indwells the two cherubim, Jesus and the church.

No Jesus isnt divinity nor an angel. I said angels were cherubs or coverings until jesus was born and took up his ministry or until he was resurrected. The church will become the other cherub in ezekiels temple, which has yet to be built, in the end times.

cherubs are coverings Jesus covered our sins and we the church cover each other with our prayers of intercession.

See, Jesus and us, the church have the same glory. God gave Jesus the glory he had and jesus gave us the glory he recieved from the father, or god. the glory of the lord went up from the cherub or Jesus.

this is a gyroscope. its showing christ as one cherub, and the other cherub is the church which at this time, the time of ezekiels temple, will be one with Jesus. wherever the head decides to go the whole gyroscope body of christ will follow because we all will be in unison with Jesus and oneanother.
Ezekiel 10:11 When they went, they went upon their four sides; they turned not as they went, but to the place whither the head looked they followed it; they turned not as they went. "
turned not as they went means we wont be distracted and turn away from the pack. the body of christ will be as one.

satan was originally the cherub that was meant to cover adam and help adam, but he sinned and lost his position as the cherub that covers, to be replaced eventually by Jesus. this is one reason the devil is so mad , because he a highly exalted angelic spirit being lost his position to a man. Satan was defeated by a man , Jesus.. It's like having a woman beat up a man, it was humiliating to satan.
