I know, but most judges/lawyers know when an employer is trying to screw an employee over. So if your employer tries to fire you when you give them a lawsuit, that usually says something about their guilt. Besides, why would you want to stay working for a place that you just sued, who obviously wouldn't like you much afterwards?
