A Strange Thing...

It's a fairly recent addition; it was only adopted as a motto in 1955 and put on the money in 1957. It's questionable whether or not it should be there, I wouldn't mind seeing it go.

I agree to put it on money is almost like slapping God in the face, Jesus said in Mat 22:21 They say unto him, Caesar's. Then saith he unto them, Render therefore unto Caesar the things which are Caesar's; and unto God the things that are God's.

do we really want "In God we trust" on the money that people use to buy drugs and hire prostitutes with? it just seems bad.

Just because they put "In God We Thrust". Doesn't mean they were referring to JESUS. Who are they referring to as their god. The images seen when folding a 20 dollar bill, reminds of the controversy over the wingdings font . Q33 NYC . Where Q33, came from an Islamic question and answer, on an Islamic site, concerning the accumulation of wealth, and the punishment for it. Q = an airplane, 33 looked like to two buildings side by side. The skull and bones, the star of David, and the thumbs up, insinuates the destruction of Israel, with approval. There was a big flap over this, if memory serves me. Not sure how much weight I put into all this, but it does kind of make you wonder, if there is a secret power behind the curtains pulling the strings on world events. I have read of the Hegelian theory (if I spelled it right). Where a problem is created by a group of people, then that same group will create opposition to the problem. Ultimately the group presents a solution to the problem. Which is their agenda, which would never have materialized without their initial act of creating the problem. One of those things that make you go hmmmmm. Peace, but not yet.
