For fun ... Tell about your CF character

Okay MJ's ... let's hear about your character ...

Frankly there wasn't much modest dress in there that I could find, so I went with a simple denim skirt (I wish I had a long denim skirt IRL) and a modest top (though I prefer just wearing women's semi-fitted t-shirts ... much more comfy imo). Even though I don't cover all the time, I liked the simple headscarf. And went with bare feet, because frankly, I don't like wearing shoes or socks!

(Though, really, it's in reference to standing on holy ground.

)The other items got kind of jumbled up at the top, so I went with the Tanach and the Shabbat meal (in hopes of being inspired to have Shabbat meal looking so nice each week :sorry:

). I'd love to throw the homeschooling icon back up there, but it just layered itself on top of the other stuff. I love P4I's backgroun ... how did you do that?

Okay, anyone else want to share? Mikhail, my husband was reading some posts with me last night and thought your character looked pretty cool!

Can everyone see your character? I can't see mine or most people's. =/ I can see SOME people's... and I think I have all o fthe categories equipped that I need to so I could see my own... I just wanna make sure my little gal isn't running around all nekkie on CF.

Actually, you have to go buy all 5 groups of body parts for her to show up.

Meaning all the categories of armor? I do have them all... and they are equipped... :scratch:

I wonder if maybe I don't have the plug ins I need or... maybe I only see some when I am not logged in (since CF logs me out the minute I close my window :doh:

Justin!

Okay, I fiddled around a lot with my character just now and came up with something decent. Although I sure would like a nicer headcovering LOL.

Full scarf, since I cover, and saint robes since I think they are about the only really basic dress/robe-like clothing. I had a Bronze Magen shield, and a sling, and I just changed to a Magen Avraham. But i have kept my braonze magen because it's really special to me ("defender of Jerusalem", and especially right now... well that's on my heart, so I may put it back up). Bare feet

, Y'shua's towel for a belt and my Siddur up above. I think that's all.

I tried my best to make it as accurate as possible, given the choices, but still.... mine creeps me out...

It looks like an alien Jesus in clamdiggers...

Well, he is an alien, not from this world right now, but soon!

Thought you liked to wear those pants with the pockets on the knees, don't they have any of them? Talk to Freak, maybe you can even get him to design you ones with tzitziot on the flaps?

Well, as for me, these characters kinda creep me out too, but I thought I would try it since I had most of the stuff anyway.

Meet my character, Olive, I already had the modest long sleeved blouse and the shield some sweet heart had given me awhile back, I had the servents towel but you can't really see it behind that huge shield, and then since my name is Olive, I have an olive branch in my hand along with the lulav so I am ready to say Baruch Haba b'Shem Adonai! :bow:

Israel is always on my heart so that is what that is on my blouse and the full headcovering I had from before, they don't have the style I wear so that will have to do, I have no hair as I fully cover ( makes it easier) and well some of you are probably wondering about my 'tan'?

When I saw that they were making these characters and saw Erwins he was in his underwear

, now granted it's a cartoon , but still it is a visual thing and even cartoons can be erotic. So I asked that they make the undies not see through as I could see the outline of the croch under the white undies, but they told me you couldn't see the underwear anyway and that it wasn't see through. So they didn't change it, but when I was making my character it showed up immediately once all five were equiped but in just the undies! So I changed bodies to the only one that has a dark underwear and can't be seen. If you have the pages load slow the characters appear to be getting dressed from underwear out and I didn't want that look for Olive so that is why. I have broadband but it still happens!

I had my character wearing some different clothes earlier. She was quite the cool chick

Gosh she needs a name!

So right NOW, she's a cowgirl shoutin' the praises of HaShem with the mic and slaying the giants that stand against the children of HaShem with King David's sling!
