Now this has come to my attention and not sure if spoken of anywhere else in the forum but here goes.

Revelation 13 -describes the two beasts. First from the sea, second from the land, second of which is the 666 guy.

RT's thread on "Juan Carlos" poses Prince Charles as the first of the two. Britian is in the "sea" close to Eurpoe so it makes sense, but other suggestions have been made check them out as well.

NOW beast #2- Revelation 13:11 says "Then I saw another beast, coming out of the earth. He had two horns like a LAMB but spoke like a DRAGON."

Possible interpretation-> Jesus gets cloned hence "looked like a LAMB". Holy Spirit not there so Satan takes over "speaks like a Dragon." Research is out to clone dead people already, need to find article though, but I believe things are moving that way. Also heard of attempts to get to clone "Holy shroud" or something like that. Could this possibly be what this means? Any info is greatly appreciated. Plus open to other interps. :)

That theory of cloning the shroud is a bit too far out, and it doesn't fit the scenario spoken of by the bible. My understanding of the word 'sea' in this instance is symbolic of people, and doesn't refer to a literal body of water.

In any event, the figure in the shroud cannot be cloned, for one the shroud is a fake. For two, even if authentic the DNA of the 'bloodstains' would be far to decomposed to extract a viable sample. Three, if the shroud were the authentic burial shroud of Jesus, and DNA could be extracted, and Jesus could be cloned He was still rejected as messiah by the Jewish people once and they would reject his clone as well.

I know that he wouldn't be the real Jesus. That's where the whole no Holy Spirit part of the scenario plays out. It would be a copy of the body, and maybe endowed with some special powers from just the DNA of Jesus's body to preform the miracles required to be fulfillment of prophecy. But the Spirit wouldn't be there and that is the true essence of a man -> his spirit.

And it's not too far out. Microchips in the hand would have been considered "far out" to be relevant back in the times of the 18th-19th century, so why not? It is possible after all. In response to the statement "the DNA would be too far decomposed"....maybe that is some of the research going on right now to remake the lost proteins in the strand. It is all too possible with the scientists we have today. I will check for info on how they are coming along with things and be back later. But just think about it. The endtimes will be full of things not experienced before.
I don't know about it being a fake either, that is new info. I thought it was kinda hard to keep hold of the shroud that long, but I never thought about it too much. And that goes even further along with the cloned Jesus not being real. The authority they would give to this cloned being from the fake blood (rather blood from someone else not fake blood) would cause him to be corrupt. Just remember this is all a scenario not a proof of any kind.

In response to referring to the sea as the people of the land. What does that land for beast 2 refer to? I'm confused...

The Shroud isn't fake, at least hasn't been proven fake.

http://www.turin-shroud.com/jps/pollen.htm

"New York Times International - Tuesday, Aug 3 1999
An analysis of pollen grains and plant images taken from the Shroud of Turin, believed by millions of Christians to be the burial shroud of Jesus, places the cloth's origin in or near Jerusalem before the 8th century, scientists said. The finding contradicts an earlier study that concluded the cloth was most likely a Medieval forgery."

Apparently no-one knows for sure whether it's fake or not because some people go both ways. And I don't think you inspected it yourself. But nonetheless, that doesn't matter. The main point is that people will attempt to clone Jesus (in the scenario.) Now I'll say again, I don't know what will happen, but I do have hypothetical situations. What if someone dicovered a way to clone Jesus? You can't rule out that possibility until the real thing happens.

The "get rich quick site" as you call it... I signed up for it and it can work if done properly. In no way is it a get rich quick thing, it does take some work and advertising. I would like to make some money of it, well more than I do now, and I thought maybe someone here might want to as well. God can bless in more way than one.

Now just a minute , there's a very good reason for the tears from the statue . It beckons it's suckers oops , I mean followers from all over the world to come to the town where it sits . People have reported many strange and mysterious happenings such as : Money disapering from their wallets and purses and nobody seems to know where it went . And when they leave the town , they walk out with 3 times the amount they walked in with , but not knowing from whence it came . And these things remain a mystery to this day . I'm a believer .

what's to explain, find out who the harlot is and you will have your answer.

Rev 17:4 And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet colour, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication:

Sounds like what the cardinals and bishops and the pope wears huh...

Rev 17:5 And upon her forehead [was] a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.

Notice it says Mystery, that is what their beliefs are to most people. It has called itself the mother church since it's conception. hmmmm....getting interesting..
