- there have been roughly 34 threads engaged in discussions.
- there have been over 290 posts.
- there has been an average of roughly 38 posts per thread.
Now you claim that preterists have made this forum into a ghost town compared to months in the past. Well lets see here
Page 10 (3/11-3/14) averaged 9 posts per thread
Page 9 (3/16-3/27) averaged 24 posts per thread
Page 8 (3/27-4/1) averaged 18 posts per thread
Page 7 (4/2-4/6) averaged 17 posts per thread
Page 6 (4/6-4/12) averaged 14 posts per thread
On page 5, without counting Parousias huge thread, the page averaged only 17 posts per thread. From that time on preterists were posting a great deal more. I havent even counted the 600 posts on preterism that TheBear molded into one giant, bouncing ball.
After Erwins ruling, posts from 4/27-5/2 averaged 26 posts per thread. The number of posts actually went UP that week, rather than down from the time preterism was taken elsewhere.
On page 1, from 5/2 to today, posts have averaged 17 posts per thread and this figure is not counting conversations from April 27 and before. Thats just as many posts (or more) as on pages 8, 7, and 6, at a time before preterists sunk our evil talons into this forum and mutilated it beyond repair. And I wont even mention the lack of participation from Dec. thru Feb.
Thunder, in reality, when you look at all of the pages, there was only a 4-5 week period of time where posts were really high, and some of the most popular threads of that period were about preterism. Besides that time period, posting on this forum (at least from Dec-Feb.) has never been overflowing.
If threads from May 2 to today have averaged roughly the same amount of posts as the time period of 3/11 to 4/12 then claiming that there is a lack of activity due solely to preterists has no merit. None whatsoever...your guess of "10 or 15 times more busy" was wrong, not to mention your attempt to anckle bite preterists. I dont see anybody else here complaining: why must you? If you miss some old friends just look up their profiles, email them, and tell them youd love to see them back here again. About 10 of them have already let you know on this thread that they are here. If the others don't come, then be satisfied with the 20-30 posters that have contributed to this forum over the past 2 weeks.

I think someone has to have done the research on how much money was made off of the popular assertion of the 1980s that Gorbechev was the antichrist. I even had a sister that learned from the prophecy experts of that decade why Ronald Wilson Reagan was likely to be the antichrist. Are these views you espouse? How about older people in your church? Reagan's not dead yet you know, and he clearly has a head wound. He might still show us his luciferian powers.

Heh..i think i used to think that. It was that deal in the Omen where Gregory Peck looks under Damiens hair and see's the number 666. We always figured Gorby had that hiding under that friggin' mark on his head.

How would talking about someone elses money benifit you?? Are you also interested in the size of peoples bank accounts?? You could start a nice little thread on that topic. Like I said before, where there is a dead body, there the vultures will gather. No, I would not want to talk about that non-sense on this thread. This thread is about many people leaving this forum because you preterists can't figure out this forum isn't for you, therefore, the confusion you bring to this forum is a real turn off, and many are leaving. Last week I had to empty out my PM folders. They were full from true brothers and sisters stating why they were leaving, and you guessed it, they didn't like the preterists. Most of them, probably for the sake of not getting into an argument, didn't want to voice their opinions publicly.
I don't want to talk about Hal, or Jack, or Ronald, but I wouldn't mind talking about how this cult of preterists are invading this forum, that was designed for those of us that have faith that the Lord will keep his promises, and those of us who don't reject what the spirit is saying to us. And those of us who believe that every single word in our Bibles are true. Without faith, it is impossible to please God.
I also wouldn't mind talking about which church you preterists fellowship in. I have a hunch that you don't fellowship at all, outside of attacking the true church that is. So, where do you worship?? Maybe Kingdom Hall?? Actually though, I believe the Jehovahs witnesses are closer to the truth than you preterists are. That wasn't a cut down, just my opinion. I would be interested to know where you worship your God. Do tell.

You weren't even here when this forum was a good fellowship. You got here in the middle of all the confusion, so your opinion shouldn't even count. I named 50 members, and you say you can account for 10, then that should tell you about the other 40, who are gone. But I guess you think it is okay, since we got about 6 0r 7 cultists to replace them. You seem to like quantity, while most of us like quality. Have you ever seen one of the sheep kick one of the wolves in the mouth?? Praise God some of the sheep are bold, and not affraid to put the wolf in it's proper place!! Can you hear the thunder?? I came here to fellowship, Thunder, I really did. But the first week I was here I spent over half of my posts defending myself from attacks that came out of nowhere and correcting misconceptions about what I believe. I did not come here for that purpose, and it's upsetting to see that, after two weeks of mutual respect between posters, you once again must start posts that cause division. I have not posted preterist doctrine on this forum due to Erwin's request, but that's just not good enough for you. Even though I am abiding by the rules set forth and have been fellowshipping with other believers in a respectful fashion, you still rage on.
My "opinion"? I posted mathematical facts in my last post which can easily be tested by looking at the previous pages. I like quality over quantity - that's why I asked you to appreciate the 20-30 posters who are still participating on this forum and enjoy their fellowship and their posts, because this forum still has a lot of great people on it. I also suggested emailing the other posters that you miss and letting them know that preterist doctrine is no longer allowed to be discussed and they should come back. What's wrong about that? I mentioned the 10 that were already here because it shows that some did not leave.
You mistake rudeness and slander for boldness. Your decision to place me in the "wolf" catagory leaves two options:
1.) I am either an unbeliever who has violated the rules by posting on a "Christians only" forum when in reality I am not, or...
2.) You are violating the rules by flaming&trolling me, and others like me, by declaring that we are not Christians, and by continuing to pester, belittle and harass us, even when we are obeying the rules of this forum.
I'd really like to only make posts here that are meant for fellowship and friendly discussion, Thunder, and the only time I seem to deviate from that course is when you insist on causing strife.

Acts, if this was even half true, then why do you preterists insist on staying on a forum that you know doesn't hold your views?? Christian Forums does have a Fellowship Forum, and I would not object to preterists posting there, and I may even have a few nice things to say to you all there. But what I don't like, is that you are not here to fellowship, but to cause division. It is the intent that angers me. Oh, I can see how the plan is working, and that is why I'm throwing a fit. If you are here to fellowship, then your still on the wrong forum. This forum is for prophecy of these last days, for those that are watching and waiting for our Lord to return. If you are not watching and waiting, then you should at least hold your tongue, instead of coming on here disrupting and causing confusion, which is exactly whats happening. I would not object to you going to any other forum, but this one was definitely not designed for your views. Whether you agree with my actions or not, many people are leaving this forum because of preterists, not just in my private messages, but also a few did complain publicly right on this forum also.
