My counselor told me that he does not care. I really don't find him that helpful. Sometimes, by talking to him, I feel worse. The youth leader at our church. Our old youth leader is nice, but I am afraid that he will tell my parents. Some people tell me that it makes me less of a christian and that people who injure themselves are going to hell. I just need to find someone to talk to who will not tell my parents. Cutting is my onlt way of releasing stress. Thanks for the support from everyone!
Who can tell you such a thing?
Who dares judging you as a Christian, should remove the huge log out of their eye first.
You are only 15,so all the people must tell your parents,if your parents do ask.
You have wonderful goals, dreams ideas, put your heart into those.
And do not despair if you cut yoursef again, healing takes time, some people
cut themself, some argue, some bully..all the people deal with stress differently.
As you learn to focus your energy on things you enjoy, aand are creative,
you will heal.
There is one more thing.Look at what you eat.Discard all the junk food,
all of it.Sugar, sweeteners, artificial colours and preservatives, stimulants like tein and cofein, hydrogenated fats, over cooked, fried, dead food and drinks, get rid of them.
Eat fresh fruit and vegetables, with virgin oil and lemon dressings,
oily fish, dark chocolate and nuts.seeds, make your own bars made of whole grains, seeds, nuts and dark chocolate, they are rich in nutritions and will lift your mood.
Drink fresh water ,herbal teas with honey .
Spend loads of time outdoors,be active.Get loads of sleep, don't stay up late, rather get up early.
It work wonders for your body and mood.
Read when you're depressed, dream and fly away for a while...
You're a good person, there is nothing wrong with you
