Why is Sam's Club so far from the Dorms?? How is a starving college student supposed to get a ten pound tube of Guacamole??? Sure they sell 5lbs bags of chips for two bucks down the street, but Guacamole, come on!
Whew, someone else who loves Guacamole. :) There appears to be so few of us nowadays.

In honor of Lotar, plus it expands on an idea I have been having for some time, I think we should set up a Stargate in here. My reason for the Stargate is a simple one. Dial in the location of a deserted planet, walk through, and scream as needed. :) Just make sure you have dialed in a deserted planet as natives of a inhabited planet might react poorly. :)

I would love a stargate. How long do you think it will take to have it installed. :D And I love those round things that they stand in the middle of to be transported. I love the sound they make. Anyone know what they call those things?? Well, anywho, I would love some of those too!! ;)

LOL, same here, on both accounts. :) Where in California are you from? I was born in Monterey, but mostly stayed in La Jolla. Oh how I miss that weather. :)

I believe you are speaking of transport rings, I will begin the installation immediately.

I'm such a dork :D :p

Well, I guess that makes two of us!! :D

I've found that it is very important to keep a little silliness and fun in your life!!
Otherwise you just get old and crabby. :p

And, I wish they would come up with a better name for those transport rings!

I grew up in LaPuente, about 30 miles south of Los Angeles. My last place of residense there was San Bernardino. I moved to Florida with a job almost 12 years ago. I miss the mountains the most. And I do think the weather in Calif is the best.

I just finished reading through your little exchange over there, and then I came here and saw your name showing that you'd just posted on the rant thread, and I wasn't too surprised. LOL

Anyway, welcome. :)

I live in the best part of California, Southern California. An hour from the beach, an hour from the mountians, and an hour from the desert, what more could you ask for? It's the middle of winter and it's about 70 out :)

So, Lotar do you need a room mate??? Of course I would have to bring my Dear Husband too! :D

Our winters here in Baton Rouge are very unpredictable. It is suppose to hit 70 today, but this time of year you never know what the temperature is going to be. I guess 50 to 60 is more normal.
