Dear Father, I pray for Israel that there would be no more violence. I pray in memory of those killed during the Holocaust. I praise you for this little country and it's people, to whom we are so indebted. I pray that Jerusalem would become a praise on the earth. Come quickly Lord Jesus. Amen

Dear Lord,

I am sorry that I don't know enough about the situation in Israel to pray specifically. Please guide me into knowing more about what is happening and how to pray for it. Father, I ask that Your presence would be recognised by all those in this country. That people would become joined together in faith in You. That all would love You and have an intimate relationship with You which would repair any relationship with other people.

I ask this in the name of Jesus,

Amen.

"O God, do not keep silent; be not quiet, O God, do not still.
See how your enemies are astir, how your foes rear their heads.
With cunning they conspire against your people; they plot against those you cherish.
"Come", they say, "let us destroy them as a nation, that the name of Israel be remembered no more".
With one mind they plot together; they form an alliance against you - the tend of Edom and the Ishmaelites, of Moaband the Hagrites,
Gebal Ammon and Amalek, Philistia, with the people of Tyre.
Even Assyria has joined them to lend strenght to the descendants of Lot.
Do to them as you did to Midian, as you did to Sisera and Jabin at the river Kishon,
who perished at Endor and became like refuse on the ground.
Make their nobles like Oreb and Zeeb, all their princes like Zebah and Zalmunna,
who said, "Let us take possession of the pasturelands of God."
Make them like tumbleweed, O my God, like chaff before the wind.
As fire consume the forest or a flame sets the mountains ablaze,
so pursue them with the tempest and terrify them with your storm.
Cover their faces with shame so that men will seek your name, O Lord.
May they ever be ashamed and dismayed; may they perish in disgrace.
Let them know that you, whose name is the Lord - that you alone are the Most High over all the earth. Amen."
Psalms 83

O Lord God, you are very great. One who keeps covenant and steadfast love. Let your eyes be opened and your ear attentive to hear the prayer of your humble servant, which I now pray before you day and night. We and our Father’s house have sinned against you, we have acted corruptly against you and have not kept the commandment which you did command Moses saying:

"If you are unfaithful I will scatter you abroad among the nations, but if you return to me and keep my commandments to do them, though your outcasts were in the farthest part of the heaven, yet I will gather them from there and will bring them to the place in which I have chosen to set my Name." Today is Iyar 4, Yom Zikkaron...
Shall we pray for the Tzahal (Israel Defense Forces)

"May He who blessed our fathers, Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, bless the soldiers of the Israel Defense Forces, who keep guard over our country and cities of our Lord. From the border with Lebanon to the Egyptian desert, and from the Mediterranean Sea to the approach to the Arava, be they on land, air or sea.

May the Almighty deliver us our enemies who arise against us, may the Holy One, blessed be He, preserve them and save them from all sorrow and peril, from danger and ill. May He send blessing and success in all their endeavors, may He deliver to them those who hate us and crown them with salvation and victory, so that the saying may be fulfilled through them, "For the Lord, your God, who walks with you and to fight your enemies for you and to save you", and let us say, Amen."

Sha'alu shalom Yerusalem(Pray for peace in Jerusalem)!

Isaiah 45: 4-7

4 For Jacob my servant's sake, and Israel mine elect, I have even called thee by thy name: I have surnamed thee, though thou hast not known me.
5 I am the LORD, and there is none else, there is no God beside me: I girded thee, though thou hast not known me:
6 That they may know from the rising of the sun, and from the west, that there is none beside me. I am the LORD, and there is none else.
7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things .

Today is Yom HaAtzmaut, Israel Independence Day
Shall we keep praying!

I will recite the Kaddish, an ancient prayer of praise that expresses a longing for the establishment of God’s kingdom on earth. In time the prayer was modified and became associated with mourning.

The Mourner’s Kaddish

Exalted and sanctified is God's great name (Amen) in the world which He has created according to His will, and may He establish His kingdom in your lifetime and during your days, and within the life of the entire House of Israel, speedily and soon; and say, Amen.

(Amen. May His great name be blessed forever and to all eternity.)

May His great Name be blessed forever and for all eternity.

Blessed and praised, glorified and exalted, extolled and honored, elevated and lauded be the Name of the Holy One, blessed be He, (blessed be He) beyond all the blessings and hymns, praises and consolations that are spoken in the world; and say, Amen. (Amen.)

May there be great peace from heaven, and life, for us and for all Israel; and say, Amen. (Amen.)
