Whole, pasturized, fortified with vitamin D.
No low fat for me, thank you. ;)

What he said! Truth is I don't drink much of the stuff at all. And usually by either whole milk or 2% for Eric and the girls..

anyone ever realized that WHOLE milk is the most expensive while the more STUFF they have to take out the cheaper the milk gets?? Does this not make sense to anyone else? Why if they are having to do extra work to take things out is it cheaper to buy 1 or 2% milk instead of whole milk??

I'm lactose intolerant, so drinking milk isn't something I do too often.

Fortunately, I am not caffeine intolerant!! :D

Same here! I just started being lactose intolerant last year when I became 21. Weird, huh? It makes me a very "noisy" person, and also makes me feel nauseated. Before that I drank 2%.

Thank goodness for products like Lactaid!!! Without it, life would be a much blander place.

Hurray for lactase enzyme supplements!!

I like 1% or 2%, my older kids drink 2% and my baby is being weaned from formula to Vitamin D.My husband used to drink skim, til he got a hold of breast milk when I was nursing, it kind of looks the same...and now he refuses to touch skim. He's all about "white milk" now!!!!!He he, sorry, maybe too much info. but I thought it was hilarious...

Oh and we go through ALOT of milk...my Nathan could drink his own gallon a day!
