I was thinking through the whole why pick Willard thing. If Caryn had picked Jonathon he probably wouldn't have felt as indebted to Caryn as what I imagine Willard does, cause he certainly should feel that given the competition. That could make for a bit of power for her later. Nothing like undying gratitude to stop someone voting against you. And first impressions play a huge role in this game - eg Debra, Wanda, Pastor John, etc.

Just a thought

Jeff is a "Coby wannabe". Ashley is the dumbest person I have ever seen in these recent one. That Tom the firefighter is awesome. Love the fact that he is one. Bobby J is also sweet and kind. That Coby is a total jerk as well as that hick whatever his name is.

After tonight's episode, I have one thing to say: Tom is the man.
I totally agree with you. I like him very much. He is the man.

I only have a couple of things to say about last nights episode.

1. I don't like seeing how intimate two tribesmates have become in such a short period of time (6 days). It's low class, and trashy. I don't care if I sound prudish or old fashioned. I don't want to see it in my living room.
and...
2. Is this going to be the season of the "blurr spot" or what?

Kudos to Ian and Tom for dominating the immunity challenge! And Kudos to Ian for diving after that flint! 25 feet isn't easy. I'm a retired lifeguard...I know.

Until next time...

Well that was fun. Isn't it pretty there? Wow.

Those rats were creepy though. I thought it was funny what Janu said about them. That old saying about "Mind over Matter...If you don't mind, it doesn't matter"...only she said she did mind and it did matter. :D I'm with you Janu.

I don't see why they voted off who they voted off. So, she was tired. I would be too if I hadn't eaten in 4 days. They didn't really feature her much. Kind of cute what she said in her departing remarks.

I agree about the couple getting a little too close, too fast being tacky. She doesn't look like that type of girl. But, what do I know?

I agree, Tom's the man!

I thought the cuddly grad student would be voted off too. It seemed silly that neither of them had thought about alliance at all... duh. They have plenty of time though.

I don't think this is a "season of the blur" in the way it was in the past. I think they are just making sure and covering everything questionable

The good list:
Tom
Janu
Ian
Angie

The Bad list:
Coby

So far I probably like him the best of the guys. Of the girls, I like the tattooed chick (sorry, I can't remember her name :sorry: ) It was great to see her kick butt on the immunity challenge!

I hope...hope, hope, hope...that there is someone I can feel good about routing for this time around. Someone like Roger. Remember Roger?

I absolutely LOVED Roger. He is still in my top 5 all time favorites.

Okay, this episode....
Angie did rock on the reward challenge. I still don't like her a whole lot though. Something about her rubs me the wrong way.

Tom was amazing on the immunity challenge. I think he practically did it by himself. I like him a lot. And Ian too. I can't imagine how difficult it was for him to keep going down and trying to get that box.

I wish they would have voted off that other girl too. She didn't try to help at all in that one challenge. I think it is a little trashy to be "cuddling" with someone that early. Maybe they are trying to be the next Rob and Amber.

He rocked in that challange! I can't believe that no one else could figure out how to do it.
I couldn't either. I just hope that the same thing that is making them not be able to figure out how to do challenges, will also keep them from figuring out that Tom is their fiercest competition for the million dollars.
