There's nothing proven, as in documents that denounce the St. John Chrysostom Theological Seminary as a legitimate school.

The website that was "defending" James Trimm's credentials dissapeared off the face of the earth once it was exposed by the two researchers whose links I posted earlier. Is that your definition of "legitimate"?
Simchat:
Funny thing about that... not a single person has stepped forward to make charges of plagerism. Not one.
HT:
Did you not read the link I posted? The Lebtahor site has made those very charges. Below is a note from researcher Kathryn Kern. The links to her site were in the earlier posts:

I noticed that Trimm is again seeking donations for another publication. I just received another email from a disgruntled "donor".
"I thought you may like to know that I have placed a complaint with the Texas Attorney general office. Last June I ordered some teaching tapes from Trimm that a few of us had clubbed together for. We were required to give an 'appreciation gift' of $60 and pay $15 postage. They have never arrived, nearly all emails have been ignored and requests for refunds have been ignored too. A friend ordered a book from him which never arrived, her request for a refund was turned down on the basis that it was a 'donation'."
This is a reoccurring complaint that I have been receiving emails about. I personally find it sad that this man can solicit "donations" in this manner and not follow through with the product offered. Where is the accountability? Personally, I feel that those robbed are better off than having received the product, but better still would be to have never fallen into the trap at all.

As far as your "rabbit trails" terminology, this thread is about the hrv, and I am on topic. No "hijacking" here, only discussion. Nice try though
