Preparations for Forced Inoculations Uncovered

I didn't see the word "forced" anywhere. I don't think there is anything here that has been 'uncovered'. This program has been going on for some time. Our church (which is right next to a hospital) signed up I believe.

This simply makes it easier for those who 'want' a vaccination to get them quickly if there is ever an outbreak.

If there is an outbreak, what would be an alternative to rapidly protect the population?

Better to do nothing if there is an outbreak?

I still don't see how any of this would 'force' innoculations?

Wether or not the virii or bacteriae have been "hyperweaponized" is unimportant, that would anyone know, who understands how the immune system works.
Basically Anthray is ever Anthrax, with overall the same shape. Thus it doesn´t matter, how "ancient" the immunisation virus is, the overall shape stays roughly the same.
If the body gets now bombarded with Anthrax, the immune system kicks in. Lots of antibodies won´t latch onto it (cus they are those for influenza, smallpox, variosu colsd strains blah blah blah), one will half ***** (the Anthrax one). It doesn´t latch so well, so lots of Anthrax escapes the clumping attack and escapes being eaten by the killer cells. Since the body doesn´t simply quit fighting it will prodeuce more antibodies, this time better matched to the shape of the ANthrax attack. Meanwhile the escaped Anthrax go on trying to multiply, while still under the massive attack of the (less effective) antibodies and under the attack of the less numerable but more effective antibodies, thus resulting in quick victory for the body. Hooray to the antibodies and killer cells

other scneario:

Body gets assaulted by Anthrax, antibodies go in with equal fervor as in the above scenario, but nothing can latch unto the Anthrax and clump it, resulting in no eating by the killer cells. Thus while the body is busy trying to produce matching antibodies, the Anthrax multiplies. Body strikes back with hastily produced antibodies, but Anthrax could multply unhindered, thus weakening the body, good chance for Anthrax to outmultiply the production of antibodies.

Is that now clear enough, why vaccination is needed in these cases?

The second page even states that the vaccinations will be voluntary.

There's absolutely nothing on any of those pages to indicate the conspiracy you are using them to support.

Infowars.com is a Conspiracy site. Misrepresentations and fabrications to incite conspiriacy fervor is how they make their living.

Do yourself a favor and stop seeing demons everywhere. There's enough real trouble in the world without inventing the ridiculous.
