Hey everyone, this is something God has been putting on me to say, and its on me strongly now.
For the people who saw "the passion", i bet you noticed that when u saw Jesus on the cross, everyone of your problems seemed so small, so tiny. But we seem to forget about that when we go to schol, friends houses, etc.
And ive noticed afew times i find myself thinking of something i really want and i think,"why cant this be in your will, why God?", and im sure you have felt that way too. The thing is,when you seriously think about what you want and then u see Jesus on the cross in your mind, you feel so selfish. And sometimes we dwell upon what we want. If you do that frequently, heres a phrase i thought up that might help ya,"if its your will so be it, if it is not forget it, ill only do whats pleasing in your sight" it has helped me so much when i wonder if something i want isnt something i need.
Ever heard that song,"blessed be your name"? look up the lyrics if you havent. The lyrics clearly state that God is all we need, and you cant be for God one week and kinda drift in and out during other weeks, either your all for Him or your not. when i first heard that song, i felt something in my heart. And now theres not a moment where i dont praise God when something happens in my life.
Heres something someone once told me,"once your in heaven with God and your totally surrounded by Him and his love, is anything else gonna matter"? think that to yourself, makes alot of sense huh? And ya know, when something really gets us down, and our spirit feels weak, we just want to mope around, well, praise God at that moment, youd be amazed on how much your spirit and mood will lift.
I dont know why i felt like i should post this, but God does and thats all that matters, i guess someones gonna read this and itll do sumthing in ya.So, once again, just make sure to put God in his #1 spot as Lord as your life. Cause it is the best thing you could ever do right? PRAISE HIM!!

You are so right! Thank you for posting what The Lord put on your heart, I needed to hear that and I am sure others do too.
