Really? If so, I commend your faith considering how trying it is to get food these days unless one is an idol worshipper.

and this made no sense what so ever.

why is it trying to get food? I put my faith in the Lord and he allows me to goto work. If he has other plans for me then being here and doing my thing then I would not be here.

Food is only for the body. Christ is for my soul and heart. In him all will be provided.

so if you want to clarify exactly your intentions behind your comments come out of the shadow and just say it plainly.

Perhaps I spoke too quickly. It would seem easier to obtain food if you are an idol worshipper, yet that isn't necessarily the case. Of course the Lord's providence is bountiful and I didn't mean to suggest otherwise.

You are the one who said you do not worship idols, and if that is so then I take you at your word. I didn't mean to imply that you might be blind to the truth. Please, forgive me.

Nope. Be aware that the term is used to refer to multiple different things; it's only a little narrower than "some kind of person with spiritual beliefs". They're a lot like Christians in that each group believes it's the *true* group, and there are fanatics who believe that all the others are false.

I tend to think the whole thing is sorta silly, but it's not mine to judge.

I guess you never went to Sundayt school. I have been taught throughout my life by teachers, family, priests, Sunday school teacher, the lot, that one must believe in the sin for it to be a sin. If you don't think thats right, well, go argue with God about it, its His rule not mine.

P.S. I study VERY VERY well before I post ANYTHING on these boards. As you can see from all I know about Wicca w/o even being wiccan, you can see that i do my "homework". I go on a knowledge "binge" so to speak...

I am not familiar with this paritcular group. From what I have read, it seems that this is Witchcraft? Am I guessing wrong?
I too went to church and I have to tell you we all have our own interpretations. I have known ministers and thier people who do not agree on the "technical" aspects of certain verses. I have also known many to read only one verse and not the complete passage.
I'm not arguing with you. just trying to understand where your coming from.

Are you saying that different witch groups each consider themselves to be right, and everyone else wrong?

I'm sorry, but that totally goes against the idea of occultism.
Witches and other occultists pride knowledge above nearly all other things, and one of the fundamental rules of knowledge is "if it works, then go with it". In this sense, a witch group would only view another group as being wrong if they were practicing or believing something which clearly didn't work.

No one can serve two masters on the same level, either u love one or hate the other. Thou shalt have no other gods besides me, remember that. God does not promote "his people" using witchcraft. They're supposed 2 b using the HOLY SPIRIT.

Faith is not NOT knowing, Faith is knowing although you cannot see it. Faith is believing that which is unknowable. God is that. I mean, we can know Him in our own limited way, but to know Him as He knows us is impossible. We are too limited. Wicca is bad in that it is not of God. it is so-called white magic (witch craft. Saul, the first King of Israel sealed his fate, simply by consulting a witch to call up a spirit. So, you see, according to God, it is a sin.

All Christians on these forums (well.. most..) have admitted that they don't actually KNOW if God is real or not (You can deny it all you want.. you don't know if he's real or not, that's that.). That's what we call faith. Believing in something we have no proof on, but there might be evidence to go along with it. I don't think Wicca is bad. Also, it isn't an occult, it's an official religion. So, at least have the respect to call it a religion (for those referring to it as the cult and such.). I don't really care if you think it's demonic or whatever.. at least call it a religion? K, Thanks!

Wrong, because witches do not use the power of God, but wicca uses the power of nature or the earth and dark witchcraft uses the same but also demons directly. The Holy
Spirit is only of God and nothing else. Even the wiccans and dark crafters will tell you that.
In fact, there is only one version of the Holy Spirit.

God, being all powerfull, and possessed of free will, could manifest his spirit in any way he chooses to do so. Assuming that he does do so, then he very well could manifest his spirit in manners that would be either incomprehensible or blasphemous to even to those mortals who choose to follow him (christians). Again, you have far too limited a conception of Gods abilities.

I'm jumping in, not having read all.

Witches do not use the holy spirit, they use forces of nature. Cosmic Forces. These are just demons cast out of heaven. They pose as nuetral, hince forces of nature. They play on peoples good nature to lead away from God.

I understand you just fine. Stop trying to attempt to pass on wicca as morally equivalent to Christianity while claiming to be a Christian. This is clear errancy.

Noone is discriminating towards you, you're free to do everything everyone else is here without prejudice. However, myself and others are discerning that you hold anti-Christ-ian views, esp. on the subject of what constitutes sin, and what "judging" means.

Why not just declare yourself a wiccan Christian or Christian wiccan, and get it over with? At least people will see more clearly what you stand for. You cannot serve two masters. You will hate the one and love the other, or the other way around.

Again, wicca is a stumbling block to your walk with Christ. Come out!

I am Christian and from what I know about wicca, it is impossible to be a "wiccan christian" or a "christian wiccan". Completely different sets of beliefs. Why is it that just because I choose to defend a misunderstood faith I get bashed and grouped together with them. I AM CHRISTIAN. I am being a christian by loving my neighbor and defending them from antichristian people like you!

Your words Good News speak for themselvs and all i can read is "I have fallin from my faith in the Lord, in order to see the glory of someone elses gods"

I never said I worship their gods (actually they are monotheists, so really it would be one god ;) ), I am merely defending their right to a religion other than christianity. No they dont believe in our God but hey, we dont believe in theirs. You dont see wiccans coming on this forum saying that we are all going to cry and gnash our teeth in a pit of demonic fire and lava  just because we dont worship their gods. It is very unfair for us to claim to know the mysteries of the universe and condemn those who have different views. We CANNOT under ANY circumstance claim to know what is true. We can say we BELIEVE Jesus was the messiah, etc, but we cannot say we KNOW that Jesus is the messiah, because it is impossible to know, EVEN if you were there at the time.

I BELIEVE Christianity is true, I have FAITH in the lord Jesus Christ, but in NO WAY can I say that I KNOW that Christianity is the truth and that I KNOW that Jesus is the messiah.

God Bless

This is for OnTheRock... Man do you have any idea on what you are talking about? No offence, but please do not judge something you know nothing about. You would not stand for me saying bad things about any christian religion, yet you believe that since wicca is not a christian religion, that it is an open target. The people who practice almost any form of witchcraft wish to be in balance with nature, to live side by side with all of Earth's creatures. You just said that we, basically, are nieve(sorry about the spelling) and being manipulated my "demons." Please, dont insult something that you have no knowledge about.

Blessed Be,
WiccanWarrior
