VERY SPOOKY!!! Help please! I need advice and prayer!!!

First I want to let you know that I am praying for you. Personally, due to the fear involved, I don't believe this experience your having is from God.
It is important that you know who your enemy is. According to the Bible it is not "flesh and blood" which would be humans but it is "powers and principalities of the air". The enemy, satan, would like to destroy you. Jesus referred to him as the thief who kills, steals, and destroys.
What I would suggest most is getting before God and allowing Him to renew your mind. Read your Bible, especially Psalm 91. Put on some worship music that focuses on Who He is. Set your mind on Him and begin to worship Him. Thank Him for what He did for you on the cross. Thank Him that He is your provider. Thank Him that He has not given you a spirit of fear but He has given you a Spirit of Love, Power, and A Sound Mind.
You are protected by His presense. Get into physical fellowship with other believers who are strong in their faith and their walk. No one can do it alone. We need each other and we need Him.

praying too. Getting closer to God is always good advice and by prayer and staying in the word is a good place to start.

I've had odd things happen to me as well in the past. I was, and I'm in no way saying this is the case with you, involved in many unbiblical things and didn't follow Christ at the time. I've had some suggest to me that those things were caused by demons at the time and that some of the struggles I have now are caused by demons. I don't know, but I do understand your fear and I'll pray for you. Hang in there.

Some depression is caused by imbalance in the chemical system of the body. That is why Jesus works through physicians.
What you are experiencing may be due in part to a physical problem but remember even this is caused by the enemy. Satan is frightened of you and wants you to stay away from the Truth, Jesus! As has already been stated, Jesus defeated Satan. It's a done deal and all you have to do is place yourself closer to Him. Draw nigh unto Him and He will draw nigh unto YOU. Perfect LOVE (His love) casteth out fear. The way to protect yourself from attack is to read His Word and put on good uplifting worship music. Think on the things that are good, pure and lovely. This will help you overcome.

Cyberwing and Quaffer gave you excellent advice. I don't think I would focus on this experience if I were you, though. Turn your focus toward Jesus and what HE wants you to experience in HIM- Satan is very powerful and will resort to all kinds of tricks to lure your attention from where it should be. I do know that sometimes God WILL give us a strange experience to shake us up and make us draw closer to him- I had several things happen in that vein a year or so ago- I had an issue in my life that I was not willing to let God handle (it seems ridiculous to have had such fear now, but it didn't then). I struggled with this for so long and God used many people and happenings (some rather strange) to bring me to the place where I would let go of this and trust Him. But, by far the one that really got me was the night I went to bed, had not fallen asleep but suddenly had this horrific sensation of being drawn upwards. I literally felt that my spirit was leaving my body and being taken to be judged. I could see my body still there on the bed. In an instant I knew where I would be ultimately spending eternity and I screamed, "I'm not ready!!" I cannot tell you how terrifying and final that knowledge was. I even saw this horrible demonic being waiting to take me away. Needless to say- God's message through that experience came through loud and clear. I think that if it (what you are feeling) is from God, you will not be plagued by any doubts about it. I know I wasn't. I knew God was trying to get my attention. And He got it.
