I think you should do some soul searching. Find out what's changed and if maybe you should consider a new path. I'd also advise you to pray or meditate on it. These things take time, and I know losing faith can be difficult, but it might also be an opportunity to explore who you are.

I don't think God would mind if humans explore the world and discover new and amazing things about it. Besides, if he alone has the power to take lives, medicine simply wouldn't work. What if God made us naturally curious? If you ask me, it's one of the only reasons our species has survived this...

I think my favorite aspect is the freedom to draw from many sources. I also like that it's centered around nature and the earth. For the first year or so, I did a lot of reading about Wicca and paganism in general, and that largely shaped my current practice. Some sources might tell you theirs...
