Oh don't feel bad! I went through the same thing. When I had my daughter I worked full time, went to school, and decided after bringing her home to bottle rather than breast-feed. A lot of people laid guilt trips on me for it, but really, they are just satisfying their own need to be "better"...

Thanks everyone, I really appreciate the advice! :) missju - low iron in pregnant women is common I believe, and I will bring it up with my Doctor about what foods would be a good substitute for the iron supplements.

My Doctor gave me a prescription for iron because she said my pre-natal vitamins aren't giving me enough. Has anyone had to do this? I'm most nervous about it making me sick! Anyone have any suggestions or doing the same?

I think they just changed the site around a bit. I saw another thread a while back that said they were planning on making a lot of changes here. I don't remember how old it was though...so maybe the changes already happened! I'm still fairly new here so I dunno! :)
