I, personally, don't mind driving a distance to go to a good church. However, my husband commutes all week to work and on weekends he prefers to not drive so much. He will drive 30 minutes to church....we have to drive 20 minutes to get anywhere. we are BOONIES.

I am posting this for the kind folks on here who have helped me. I had mentioned to my husband the other night of my interest in possibly becoming a catechuman of the Orthodox Church...he acted like it was no big deal, if that was what I wanted to do, but made it clear he was not joining...

I LOVE swimming, in fact, swimming was another suggestion by my docs, along with water aerobics. I just don't have access to a pool, and I live an hour away from a womens workout place....and i am NOT putting on my "free willy" suit and going to a public pool....

oh yeah I have a wii, i need to get one of the fit boards...i love the hoola hoop game lol. and I really like that balance game where you try to get the balls to go through the holes without falling off the platforms.

i've been told to do yoga or pilates for YEARS by medical professionals....in regards to my health problems....but i've never dabbled in it because the spiritual aspects scared me. its like i had a bad gut feeling about it.

can u do yoga from the recliner??? (ha ha) i'm pretty much planted in the recliner these days! lol They need "yoga stretches for the chronic pain sufferers" haha
