It is another obvious repression of Catholics in a Protestant country. I am, however, Glad that President Bush was courageous enough to appoint a Catholic, and a pro-lifer too.

I was baptized catholic, and wasn't very intune with my faith till about a year ago, when I went to World Youth Day (the Pope went to Toronto to visit the world's yotuh). Since then, I have come to have a much closer relationship with God then I did before.

Maybe it's just me saimian, but you come across as Protestant(what with the talk of excommunicating Martin Luther.) Homosexuality is wrong, plain and simple. Therefore, why should the Church condone legal action to give gays rights? It makes perfect sense to me, why not you?
