I only get grumpy when woken up...I'm such a lite sleeper that even turning on the nightstand light will wake me; and once I'm up I am up all day. ;)

My wife says I'm grumpy but I say I'm tired. I've learned that my wife is usually right.

I buy my vitamins from the same place you do except for one of my supplements which isn't made there. They are a great company! Also one thing you should do is ask your doctor what vitamins or supplements should you be taking. Mine ran a panel and found that I Have a Vitamin B and D deficiency.
