i'm not aware of any reference of annual sabbaths in the 4th commandment. Can you point to any?

What i meant to say is the SDAs flaunt to the sunday-keepers that they keep the true sabbath while themselves transgress the first commandment and therefore don't keep sabbath holy.

We don't accept messianic rabbis as any inspiration or any reference of authority on any spiritual matter.

The SDA pioneers (including Ellen White) believed in one truth God the Father, and Jesus is the Son of God. The holy spirit is the personal presence of Jesus. That's very different from the trinitarianism and the modelism.

There will be no killing and meat eating in heaven. If you plan on going, you'd better train and transform your character and habits...unless you believe in the fable that it is your character which will be changed 'in the twinkling of an eye moment'.

Yes I do agree that the term 'sunday keeper' seem to put SDAs on a pedestal that they do not necessarily deserve. It's not just keeping the 4th commandment, it's receiving the righteousness of Christ and be empowered by his spirit to obey to all of God's commands. Leviticus 23:3 Six days shall...

Yes the 100 page edition has everything important (our sanctuary doctrine, the beast of Revelation and Mark of the beast...) removed except for devotional material.

Some annual feasts also pointed back to the past. Passover pointed back to the passover in Egypt while pointed forward to Christ' sacrifice. Pentecost pointed back to the giving of the law at Mt Sinai while pointed forward to the first outpouring.

Except for the 7th day Sabbath. The 4th commandment states it's commemorative of the creation. Even if you think Hebrew 4 implies the rest in Christ, it pointed back to the creation.

What do you mean by Christian? Is it defined by the Nicean Creed? What about the Christians before 325AD and the Old Testament saints who didn't worship a trinity? SDA pioneers didn't believe a Trinity, they believe in the divinity of Jesus. The official SDA beliefs have changed and now...
