    I'm pretty much the one who goes against the mainstream like the salmon; not your average person. I'm always searching for the deeper life, beyond the surface. That has caused me to be an outcast even though I still show sympathy and respect for others since I have God inside my heart.

    Meditating in the Word, Painting , listening to Pandora, surfing the sticky web, reading books...and have to some day go back to playing piano. (perphaps in heaven)

    "Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding;
    in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight
    Proverbs 3:5-6

    "It is impossible for you to become invward, that is, to live in your inmost being where Christ lives, without loving silence and retirement."
    -Madame Guyon

    "You have made us for yourself, O Lord, and our heart is restless until it rests in you."
    -St. Augustine
