I took a walk along the shoreline today to clear my head..

Its so great to have you back, Michie. To paraphrase the warden at Shawshank: "-its good to have you back, Michie. The place wasn't the same without you". Do you catch the reference and how it applies to your absence...? Hope you're doing well and had a blessed Easter celebration. So do I. It...

    The Failure of European Intelligence

The problem some of us Europeans have with American intelligence is that its highly influenced by a unprecedented paranoia not found elsewhere in the "free world". I mean, c'mon, your government even spies on its own friends. A few years ago it was revealed that the US had spied on german...

    I just found a $100 bill.

Scrupulously thought pattern. If the OP decided to leave it on the sidewalk then someone else whos not the rightful owner would pick it up instead in 99 per cent of time. Keep it and thank God is my response.

    I just found a $100 bill.

I would like to add to my previous post by stressing the need not to become overly scrupulous. Sometimes the correct answer is the one that first pops up in your mind, namely to stuff that bill in your wallet and go on with the rest of your day. Anyways, 100 dollars are not THAT much money to...

    I just found a $100 bill.

Poor people are rarely in possession of the biggest notes. Chances are that the one who lost this bill have plenty of them in his/her wallet. My advice is to keep it and spend it as you see fit. Being lucky has never been sinful :)

Is Religious Tattooing allowed in Christianity?

As catholic I'm quite aware of my own church's rather lengthy catechism consisting of various "do and don'ts", but even in our church theres nothing prohibiting us from getting inked. That being said, personally I consider the ink itself to be a tool that can be used for good aswell as for bad...

    Russia Collusion?

Well they can't ask his father, he'll hardly remember any of it or anything at all... If there's truth to any of the Hunter Biden rumours then it needs to be made public regardless of the source revealing it. Im not a big fan of officials sweeping their dirt under the rug.

Dying Souls are Given a Last Chance: St. Faustina

Be that as it may, but ever since the closing of the 2nd Vatican council the canonical legitimacy of sainthood has imploded dramatically. Just think about it for a minute, and then mention one post- counciliar pope who's not either canonized already or in the prosess of being so in near future...

Dying Souls are Given a Last Chance: St. Faustina

Yes we do. We dont know Gods verdict on someone's life and how he ultimately judges individuals. Besides, God is above and transcends the limits of time. A prayer said for the salvation of someones soul could in fact work retroactively for all we know. Its also good and pious for our own souls...

Dying Souls are Given a Last Chance: St. Faustina

Indeed, but I've always seen that as a way of stressing the equality of all sinners. We're all saved by grace, and nothing makes one person more or less worthy of salvation than the next. Its a gift freely given to us by Christ himself. The last hour workers only worked for one hour, but they...

    Heats rocking tonight Its cold!!

But that's because your winter is a piece of cake, isnt it? I mean, you're far closer to the equator than we are... Correct me if I'm wrong, but I've always believed Australian winters to be rather mild and humid?
