    Have you done longer rides in the past? If not... it's just a part of training. IT IS partly mental. You just have to push yourself to get that extra mile a day. Also... be sure to load up on carbs the night before a ride. Your body will get use to it... its all part of training :)

    Again I would say..... Why? Is she asking you to? Are you overly obsessed? I can understand toning it down if it takes up too much of your time... but give it up? No way. I don't think anybody should give up their hobbies for anybody else.

    Haha when did I say it was easy to be a bodybuilder? The OP stated that he wanted to get healthier and lose weight. He doesn't want to get big. Lifting heavy is not the answer for getting healthier. My advice is quite sound and scientifically proven.

    From my experience I would say that it doesn't really matter. You are burning the same amount of calories no matter what time of day it is. I choose to workout in the afternoon because that is when I have the most energy.

    The very purpose of an Antibiotic is to treat or eliminate infections. So... your UTI would not be caused by Penicillin. It could be that your dosage wasn't enough to take care of the original infection and it migrated elsewhere.
