Thanks for the responses. I've never been able to understand the reason behind fetishes and how God feels about them. I'm only just now thinking to ask people. lol

I'm going to be looking at Darby and McDonald through as many unbiased sources as I can find. I didn't know anything past the "Darby started the pre-trib doctrine" so I need to learn more.

True. And we know that the Jews and many gentiles will understand who the Messiah is during the tribulation, so they are also God's elect described in scripture. But we should stay on topic people. It's not a pre-trib vs post-trib debate thread and I hope it doesn't turn into yet another one.

I've only heard about Darby through post-trib peoples. I don't think many pre-trib believers credit Darby much for anything, if they even know who he is. This is my first time hearing of McDonald. I'm curious to know more about these people now though.
