Dealing the Death Blow to Old Earth Creationists

I'm not sure who you are referring to but that's irrelevant. In the real world, religious texts do not determine a nations borders.

Dealing the Death Blow to Old Earth Creationists

What are you talking about? The Bible isn't a document used to settle land disputes.

Why Yeshua and Torah cannot contradict

Yes there is! Since you are going to force me to do your work for you, in my next post I'll show the differences between the Textus Receptus, the Majority Text, Wescott & Hort's Greek NT, and the Syriac/Aramaic Peshitta [none of which have a parenthetical by the way]. You really should...

Why Yeshua and Torah cannot contradict

I was talking about the earliest Greek manuscripts, not English versions [none of which are over 500 years old that you listed anyway]. Nowhere does Yeshua "declare all meats clean." You should always be suspicious of parentheticals from the get go. I agree, and suggest you take your own advice.

Why Yeshua and Torah cannot contradict

If your intent was not sarcasm, then I apologize, I totally misread that. Sorry. I agree with you too, the vast majority of those who claim to follow Yeshua could care less about Torah. It is comical how many claim to be Torah observant when they clearly are not. They don't even have a clue what...

Why Yeshua and Torah cannot contradict

I'm not sure why you are being sarcastic, when I am only trying to be helpful. Don't you think it is important for us to know that Yeshua did not disannul the Torah command to abstain from unclean meats? Many are completely unaware of later redactions to the New Covenant writings. Some of those...

Why Yeshua and Torah cannot contradict

I guess you are not aware of the fact that it is not in any of the earlier texts, it is a modern addition to the text. Yeshua never said that.

Why Yeshua and Torah cannot contradict

Good post. I agree with pretty much everything you said, and especially #2, Judaism is the one true Biblical religion. As for #3 & #4, that is why I rejected the virgin birth doctrine after studying it at length. If Yeshua was not Yosef's biological child [rather than being born of a virgin]...

The Septuagint (LXX): A Critical Analysis

Download the book - The Septuagint: A Critical Analysis The Septuagint (LXX) is a very old translation of the Hebrew Scriptures (our Old Testament) into Hellenistic Greek. This statement alone is almost the only hard fact concerning this translation that is truly verifiable. The vast...

    LXX Investigation

AN EXTANT PRE-CHRISTIAN SEPTUAGINT? A major source of unsettlement and puzzlement for any who begin to investigate the Septuagint is the oft occurring appearance of the term "extant" with reference to a pre-Christian entity. For example, the "Introduction" of the 1970 Zondervan edition of the...

I have a copy of that. Try this link: The Septuagint: A Critical Analysis. I'm going back through that book now. I'll be making up some bookmarks for it to make navigation much easier. ;)

    LXX Investigation

That is simply not true. Every LXX manuscript cited in the Septuagint Concordance was written 200 years after the completion of the New Testament. They are as follows:" A- "Alexandrinus:" written more than 300 years after the completion of the New Testament. It omits Genesis 14:14-17...

    Is Mushrooms Food?

Of course mushrooms are food. Are you asking if they are kosher? Looks like that has already been answered.

Torah observance is spreading through the Christian faith.

They are a far cry from "Torah observant" but the gross errors of Dispensationalism, and replacement theology are being exposed. It is an excellent start though! :amen:
